First off let me say my fault. I ordered online through postmates and I didn't know my husband had also called in a phone order.... Xavier went above and beyond to not only call postmates to cancel my online order but went as far as asked if and how long itwould take to get my money back. He was very generous, and my order was done quick and I asked for extra sauce, everything wasabove and beyond. Great customer service, we need more people like Xavier. Read more

Both times that my family went in for lunch, the place was not too busy. We were able to be seated right away with no wait. ... Our last experience was with a server named Kat, and she did an amazing job waiting on 3 tables simultaneously without us havingto ask for refills. We ordered beer battered onion rings which were the right level of crispiness, and the onions were sweetand juicy inside. The chicken wings were good; nothing too spectacular, though I do love their garlic parmesan sauce. Thestrawberry lemonade was very refreshing with fresh strawberries mixed in, although unlike some other places they aren't freerefills (fountain drinks are, though). The food here at this Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty good. Some of the wings were a tad over done but overall they were good. I... ordered the Caribbean jerk sauces wings and lemon pepper dry rub. I wasn’t a big fan of the Caribbean Jerk but I willdefinitely try a different sauce next time. Good thing I ordered the Lemon pepper as that’s always on point. We also orderedsome chicken tacos, pretzel bites and mozzarella sticks to round off the dinner. Service was good and the waiter was attentiveto all of his tables that I saw. I stopped here for lunch with my daughter on a Saturday around 2 in the afternoon. It wasn’t too busy and we were seated right... away. We order 20 traditional wings (naked-no sauce) mild sauce on the side, with blue cheese and ranch. We also asked for aside order of the chili con queso. I didn’t take a picture but it looks like they changed the recipe and it was too watery forour liking. Too watery to really be able to dip anything in it. The service was great and fast. Read more

Came here on a Thursday afternoon around 3:00 so not too busy at all. Our order came out wrong and we had to wait 10-15 minutes... before our server came to check up on us. Typically, waitresses are super attentive and will make sure to check up on thecustomers frequently but this was not the case here. During our meal, we only received one drink and our waitress never camearound to offer us refills. It seemed like she checked up on every other table besides us. I would understand if it were areally busy day, but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and it didn’t make sense that we seemed to be thrown on a backburner and forgotten. Read more
