Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this Baskin Robbins location today while at the grocery store with my son. He called... his store and told them my son would be coming in and to hook him up with whatever he wanted. It made my sons whole week! Niceto know there are still good people in the world. Had such an amazing experience for my niece's 17th birthday! The little creature ice cream we made were adorable! Wow, how the... place was clean! And the best part were the nice ladies who worked behind the counter. Valerie, the cashier and Sheridan, thenice lady who served us, made the trip all the more pleasant with their wonderful attitudes! We all got what we hoped but theexperience is what will have us coming back for more! (Thank you ladies!!) Plus for a COVID outing the benches outside were allwe needed to sit and celebrate! ???? Reviewed on 2018-11-17 This establishment reminded me of a Disneyland shop, due to its cleanliness and decorum, along with its... bright lights! Not only that, the staff is very kind and they give a large amount of ice cream, whether that be on a cone or ina cup. Plenty of flavors to choose; from their classic to seasonal option ice creams. We always get the rocky road, mint,snickers and cheese cake. This evening we tried their pumpkin sundae. It was amazingly delightful. I've been craving a banana split for days but the kids like Sonic, they don't have them. Banana split was fantastic and I always... love their chocolate, it's just better than anywhere else. The restaurant is small and there isn't much room for a line, andthere is always a wait. My only complaint being the store should be bigger, I think they'll be fine. Read more
Very friendly staff, but since it's a newly opened store some of them didn't really understand the menu or procedures of how to... make items on the menu. But that is to be expected. Terrible. Purchased a "monster" decorated ice-cream cake for my husband's bday party on Saturday, 10/30/2022. Paid $42 with a... $5 tip. Stale cake, very little oreo cookie ice cream, and the frosting tasted awful...no flavor, not sweet like frostingshould be. And a few hours after eating it everyone had gastric issues running to the bathroom. Called and explained to theyoung woman what happened and left a message for the manager/owner to please call me.
