Giant neon light sign out front that says "Open 24 Hours" yet the last 3 times I've attempted to get a breakfast burrito before... 6am on my way to works the doors are locked and the people inside just shake their head to indicate they are closed. When youpoint to the huge glowing 24 hour sign they shrug their shoulders and your out of luck. Turn off the open sign if you are notopen, it's kind of simple. Read more

Love the food. The reason I?m rating 2 stars is because of customer service. I was looking at the menu..when I decided to order... I walked up to order. I didn?t saying anything because the younger girl that was a the register was on her phone. I was waitingfor her to finish playing around on it. She looks up at me then says ? are you ready? with an attitude and a little bit of headmovement with it. I didn?t appreciate getting attitude for no reason.. was just trying to order food. Worst Alberto's IN THE WORLD!! I've tried ordering a burrito the last 3 days and whoever they have working at 6 am literally... REFUSES to make anything before 7 am ???????????? each time he says he's working on a huge order and can't make anything elseuntil after 7 am... ridiculous who orders huge from Alberto's that early?? The cheese quesadilla was delicious????????...but the California Burrito seems to be slipping, with it's quality of... deliciousness - if that's even a word. I remember when I was a kid, Alberto's had the best California Burrito ???? in SouthernCalifornia, rivaling in comparison with an In&Out Double-Double, as far as a food menu item must have. Not sure whether it'sthe quality of the ingredients or lack of caring by the people who make the burrito, that's what happens when a restaurant getsfranchised...the quality and care goes down ????. Maybe Alberto's will get its act together. Also one last thing, the menuitems are way over priced... The quality and care of how the food is prepared should be waaayyy higher if you're going to chargeso much. Read more

I absolutely love this restaurant chain I've never been disappointed at any location I've been to. My goto is the rolled tacos... with guacamole???????????????? this particular location is open 24hrs it's great for the late night snack or for thoes that worknights that want a hot meal. The staff here is great and tentative. I'll definitely be a regular customer. Read more

Tried the Surf n Turf burrito and it was delicious! Love that this is open 24 hours! My family arrived around 11pm and it was... busy- those dining and those doing take out but ordering was quick and the food came out quick too. Nice and efficient staff. Read more

So my wife and kids wanted to eat good Mexican cooking, but I have to say we weren?t impressed. We spent $91 and saw the price,... figured it must be delicious, naw. Even the carne asada fries weren?t that great. Service was good though, so I can?t say it wasall bad, but ultimately we come for the food. It would?ve been good, but they lack seasoning. Maybe it?s cause the COVIDsituation where it?s only to go? But either way, should take pride in it. I do not recommend this place for good Mexican food. Read more
