Occasionally feel like you need a reminder of how out of touch and discusting it feels to be you ..well do not waste time hurry... on down to the 7/11..there eagerly dreading your arrival..and despise life hoping you will to by spreading bad customer serviceexpectations providing a Minimal of common decency to serve you. Get a grip. No excuses this is hard to say but do you ever hirelocals?or people of different cultures, color, or ethnicity .?? I'm yet to experience any variety here in there staff. Whichunfortunately only works against them when complaints are made. Read more

If you want something from a convenience store, they're open 24/7 and have a rewards program.

Do yourself a favor. Don't bring your business here. Not only has my card information been stolen after I paid for my gas here,... but the employees are some of the rudest people I've ever come in contact with. Okay, I get it. It's a gas station. You reallycan't expect much when it comes to customer service, but this last time took the cake for me. I was craving a specific snack onmy way home, so I went here, and regretted it immediately. The employee working was blasting music so loudly that himself andthe vendor he was doing inventory with had to basically yet at each other while speaking. The employee was slamming boxes fullof food and what not on the ground, startling myself and the other people that were inside. To top it all off, I was standingat the counter for almost ten minutes after the employee clearly saw me waiting there several times until he decided to grace mewith his presence and ring me out without a single word. Again, I get it. I know I'm not going to receive 5-star service here, but to leave a customer waiting at the counter for a such a ridiculous amount of time that a long line forms, not saying asingle word, and then walking away immediately after ringing them out and ignoring the other customers behind them?Just....wow. I don't care if this place is literally one minute away from my house. Never coming back here. Read more

The Indian/Middle Eastern guy in the evening is talking on the phone to his friends/family 90% of the time. Doesn?t acknowledge... you at all or says hello or thank you. I had to repeat myself when buying lotto tickets because he wasn?t listening. He was toobusy talking on the phone with his AirPods in his ear. Read more

I was honestly scared of getting shouted at based on all of the terrible reviews written here. Didn't pump gas or use the... restroom, just needed to pick up some pain relief meds. The woman with long black hair working there Tuesday morning at 5amgreeted me super nicely and rung me up efficiently. She was kind and I felt safe coming into the store. Read more

The lady who works the night shift is the worst person I?ve ever had to deal with at a convenience store or even a brick and... mortar location. She is very rude, she lacks empathy, and must not be aware she posts signs stating a 15min break, which in turnbecomes 45min or longer. It?s taken multiple times of these type of encounters before in giving this poor review, thinking shemight have had a few things going on in her personal life. And I?ve come to realize she just is a miserable human. I will neveruse there location again. Read more

Been stopping by regularly for nearly half my life now, and I've never had a bad experience. :) I wanted to say thank you to the... current staff for both your lack of judgement and considerate customer service, which often go above and beyond the usualrudeness I have learned to expect while living out of my car. So thank you for always being there and helping me through some ofthe toughest chapters of my life. :) Read more
