We arrived at 8:45 and were told they "ran out of ice". The worker even told us that they close at 9 but could not serve us and... to come back tomorrow at noon. If you are open til 9 you should serve til 9. We spent money on an uber to get there just to beturned away. What a waste of time and money. You have lost our business. Read more

We are locals with a small daughter and looked forward to this snoball place to open for the season, and finally got an... opportunity to stop by this weekend. Noticed some changes with the set up and was told that it was under new ownership. We wasdisappointed with a couple things one of which was the lay out, although they have added a drive thru now but in doing so havehad to take away the family fun environment with the games. The tables are still there but all clustered up on side now. TheSecond thing we were disappointed in was we added the marshmallow but the only marshmallow was only drizzled on top.
