Beautiful sunset view over the marsh. Seafood heavy menu so if you don't like seafood not many options. No complimentary... hushpuppies, have to order as appetizer and ours were very dry. Shared the whole fish special with hubby but ordered my ownside dishes. Portions are good size. Fish was cooked perfectly and very tasty even to this not a fan of fish gal. Salad was bitoverdressed, get the dressing on the side. Food seemed overpriced compared to other local restaraunts. Service was excellent aswas the view so make your own decision on if the price is right. Nice wine list too. Read more

We didn't have a reservation and they seemed busy. But they found us a table outside on the patio. We watched a beautiful sunset... over the marsh and I had the best fish I have had in SC in the two years I've been going there. My friend has allergies and theywere very accommodating. She was actually able to enjoy some wonderful chicken! We will be back! Read more

My husband and I ate there for the first time. Everything was very nicely presented. We had the Salmon and Grouper. Delicious!... When we entered and told them it was our first visit, they immediately moved our seats so we would have a great view whiledining! The bread they served which came from a local bakery was divine. Our waitress was very nice and knew her menu and when Iasked between 2 dishes she offered detailed difference in entrees! We will definitely be returning! Read more

Highly recommend! The shrimp and grits came recommended from the server, and she was correct. The texture of the grits was... perfection. The catch of the day was swordfish, and it was cooked to perfection. The Cesar dressing was amazing as well. Patio view can't be beat. Plan ahead with reservations, we walked right in past all of the people waiting. It is a diningexperience, so don't plan to be in and out in a hour. Will be returning!!! Read more

First time eating here. We're visiting family and they suggested we eat here. Love that you can make reservations as most... resturants around here don't take reservations. Also lived how their fried seafood platter can also come blackened or boiled, which is a great alternative if you are food conscious. The views were spectacular, staff friendly and personable, the menu hadlots of variety and everything was amazing. Worth the visit and would love to go back before we leave. Read more

Great place to eat as the sun sets. We made reservations, I would say that’s your best bet if you go for dinner. The staff was... nice. The food was pretty good, felt there could’ve been a bit of a bigger menu. Read more

Fantastic menu and service. Fresh drinks were delivered before current drinks were empty. Cleaned plates were removed from the... table as soon as we were done. Best service we have had at a restaurant in 3+ year - since COVID began. Read more

This was our first time visiting the Gulfstream Cafe and it was wonderful. We had a 6:15 reservation and were seated almost... immediately. My wife and I both had the side salads and they were very good. The honey lime dressing was excellent. For themain course my wife had the shrimp & grits and I had the crab cakes. Everything was delicious. Service was spot on and sincewe were sitting outside at sunset, the view was to die for!! Cannot wait to go back again. Read more
