Great view and a cool theme. Tried to put a picture of our dog up but they are renovating soon and told us to bring the pic back... in about 6 months. Beer selection is sub par but the bar is fun. Read more

My first time visiting, but definitely not the last. From the atmosphere, staff, decor and food everything was on point. We came... with a large group for a birthday celebration and they were able to accommodate us with no problem. Our server was excellent andthe food superb. Worth every penny and then some. Read more

First if you are lucky to have Mckenzie as your waitress you are in good hands. My family landed here on our last night of our... vacation. Actually my niece jogged my memory, we had visited back in 2014. Much busier tonight. Not a long wait. Good food andgood drinks. Live music was good, only thing it was a battle with the restaurant next door who had music as well. Parking wasdecent. Walls are memorials to furbabies gone. Read more

How can you not try this place with a name like Dead Dog Saloon. A nice restaurant with views of the waterways. It was a hot day... so wanted cold beers and steam shrimp which hit the spot. The other was a prime rib cheesesteak. That was a winner. Prices ar edreasonable and service attentive. Read more

This place is constantly busy. Nice menu variety. Great hush puppy corn bread with honey butter. Crab nachos very tasty. ... Choppy tacos flavorful, but spicy. Not for the sensitive taste buds. Read more

The menu is solid and has a nice variety of options. This is a good spot to take family or grab a drink at their large bar. It?s... a bit shabby chic inside and very busy. We sat inside and would have preferred sitting outside but it was a long wait. Thedrinks were okay (spicy margarita was better than the ultimate). The pulled pork dinner was great as well as the inlet trio ofcrab cake, scallops & shrimp. Hard to say it was excellent due to the local competitors but still a viable option if you want toeat on the marsh walk along the inlet. Read more

I will say at first I didn't want to eat here because the name sounded weird for a restaurant but we decided to give it a try... anyway. I liked that the building is right on the marsh at Murrell's inlet so sitting outside to eat when it's warm outsidewould definitely be wonderful. The food was very good and served in a timely manner. We ordered the seafood trio and pulledchicken meal...no complaints on either and we actually had leftovers from one to take with us. The complimentary hush puppieswith sweet butter was also a surprisingly great combination...would definitely recommend everyone try them! Our waiter wasfriendly and helpful and we didn't have to wait on anything while enjoying our meal. Now to explain the name...the walls in therestaurant are covered in pictures. After being seated and taking time to look around I realized that it's people's dogs thathave passed on and they've shared a picture with birth date and death date making the whole building basically a huge tribute toman's best friend. I thought that was a really awesome and meaningful idea for a restaurant! The only complaint I have is theadded fees such as destination fee, etc... Read more
