You gotta love the all time favorite Wendy's right! Me personally I love their chili and baked potatoes still dipped with... salting crackers yum yum yum! My kids are really digging those junior frosty Halloween coupon books and let me tell you theygot that strawberry flavor for their frosties now that is poppin it's better than the chocolate and the chocolate is Dang goodyou'll have to try the strawberry frosty! So up until recently as in up till 6mo ago this location was decent but recently they have been horrid with forgetting to give... the full order. As an example out of the last 5 visits they have only given us what we ordered once. 2 times they have forgottena burgers ???? 1 time fries ???? and 1 time nuggets again 4 out of the last 5 visits something has been forgotten. This Wendy’s is great, unless you go their after dark. The night staff is inattentive, rude, and air headed. My order has been... wrong at night a significant amount. The staff acts as if you’re an inconvenience. I’ve been the only car in line and waited10 to 20 minutes. My food is always cold. Not to mention that the staff acts as if they don’t know their own menu. I get itcan be tough working in food service. I myself work in it. That being said, there should be more consistency and considerationtowards their customers. Read more
All buns on all options are always stale! This location will be out of business very soon unless they start to serve fresh buns... with their burgers. Don’t come here don’t waste your money. I hate to say it, but Wendy's has lost it's touch. (At least this location.) Maybe inflation has something to do with it, but... paying $12 (son of baconator medium combo) and getting what looks like a Children's happy meal is unfortunate to say the least.If "Quality is [their] recipe," I'd hate to see what their food looks like on a bad day. If you want a cheap filling burger, goto Carl's Jr. and get one (or two) of their $3 burgers and you'll be much more satisfied. Orderd a crispy chicken blt. It was about 1:30. The chicken was anything but crispy. The breading was a pale yellow and not... crisp. In fact, it was limping bent. Barely luke-warm. Not appetizing at all. :-( Read more
10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line. They finally said, "Please give us just a second," and then proceed to not speak for... 15 more minutes? 25 minutes, didn't even get to place my order, had to go back to work. Thanks, I will take my businesselsewhere. Read more
