Let?s be honest, these are sliders and not hamburgers. I?m sure it?s an inflation thing. But, the portions are so small. The... food was tasty and I?d be interested in going back, but a few years ago when they first opened I got a hamburger, today the samemeal, is a slider. The place was clean and inviting. I got the mushroom veggie burger a toffee shake and fries. The burger was really good. The bun was perfect, the mushroom was... crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I added pickles and I am glad I did. The fries were good I tried some of thesauce for the hot I really like it. It wasn?t too hot but definitely had a kick. The shake was good it was really thick whichwas nice. The root beer floats looks really good but think I?d try that instead of a shake next time. It was a little slow butpretty busy, so understandable. The food to cost ratio was pretty high. The burger (while really good) was smaller than mostplaces but I don?t usually finish my burger so it was a good amount of food for me. Read more
Great food amazing shakes but the bun for the chicken was very small for the size of everything on it. I was quite excited to... try the hot ones sandwich and I have to say I am slightly disappointed. The hot ones sauce tastes very good but for the idea ofit and how it's marketed it was quite mild. I did love the fry's though perfectly cooked and amazing with the sauce and cheese. Read more
Great experience. Ordered on an iPad so no human error or confusion in ordering something wrong. Definitely on the expensive... side. Great bathroom. Great burger. All of our food had consistent high quality. Good location from the mall. The worker onhandout was very quick and friendly. I saw several employees washing their hands just while I was ordering and waiting for myfood. Great experience. Read more
I love that we can eat here without worrying about food allergy cross contamination. I love that I can order a portobello... mushroom and meat burger and get cheese fries. We all have different tastes for burgers and we all can find what we like in oneplace. Read more
Everything is well-made and relatively fast. It?s more expensive than other fast-food places, but you can tell the difference in... quality! The fries are great! Crispy and salty. Make sure to get extra special sauce to dip them in. The cookie shake wasdelicious. It tasted like a funfetti cookie and the sprinkles in it were crispy! The food is good. It's more expensive than In N Out but there's a lot of different options. The truffle burger was good but you... kinda have to be in the mood for something like that. The lemonade was good. The fries are where it's at though. They were themost crispy but also fluffy crinkle cut fries I've ever had. Read more
A typical shake shack outlet, ambience is great. Just beside the Fashion Place Mall, so an ideal location after a shopping haul... ????. Often gets very crowded during weekends and evening. Was there to enjoy a mango milkshake but unfortunately it was notavailable at that time. Otherwise no complain at all. Read more
