When I asked for "extra pickles" on my McDouble, they somehow read "No Pickles.". There was even a grill order slip on the... burger that said "Extra Pickles." It is so important to have paper towels in the bathroom as well, especially when the doorhandle is on the inside of the bathroom. The automatic paper towel dispenser was inoperative. Disappointing. OK so I?ve gone to this McDonald?s multiple times now and every time I go there they somehow manage to mess up the order.... Whether it?s not including items that were ordered or simply making the order wrong it is always wrong. Not to mention thecustomer service is terrible. I have always gone here and had terrible customer service. Be better. Read more
You'd think that this place would be able to get an order right after serving millions of people each year. Yet they still seem... to surprise me when they serve half empty fries, the wrong drinks, and don't provide sauce, straws, or napkins. Read more
Worst Mc Donald's ever. The guy who took the order didn't understand nothing and the jerk with yellow shirt at the window was... rude and unkind. They really don't have an idea of what customer service is. The coffee tastes bad the only good thing is theygave us 6 sandwiches instead of two. Big mistake stop at this place... next time we'll go to Wendy's. Read more

Went in ~7pm. Restaurant is empty but there are ~10 employees. After waiting a few minutes to be recognized, I was told to use... the kiosk. Okay, I guess. But then the kiosk requires you to scan a "table tent" to complete your order. I don't know what thatmeans and I can't figure it out myself. So I go to the counter. In the 12 minutes I stood there, I said "excuse me" in fourdifferent languages a dozen times. Finally, someone comes to help me. He says I should have just entered a random number becausethey don't have table tents anymore. How am I supposed to know that? Meanwhile, the restaurant is still empty and employees areplaying on their phones. I got an M&M McFlurry, which was way smaller than I remember them being. The M&Ms weren't mixed in atall. Read more

Food was exceptional as I would have expected.. my only knock on this location was that I ordered an ice cream cone that I... watched them make, then let stand on a counter for 10 minutes, then tried to give it to me melting. I asked if they wouldre-make it for me, which they did they said I could give the melted one to a friend. I was stoked on the courtesy but as Ireached for it the manager took it and threw it away right in front of me and walked away. I thought that was super rude.Otherwise a terrific experience. Read more
