We went for breakfast hoping to get Florentine crepes. Found out they are no longer available. Asked for honey to go with hot... tea. They have NO honey. We asked why. They informed us they haven't had honey for 1.5 years?? We left. Another example of poormanagement. Read more
I worked a 16 hr shift, ordered food an hour before my shift ended and still had to wait 30 min after arriving before a waitress... acknowledged me. I wound up leaving without my food, too tired to keep waiting without a single clue when I'd have myfood...terrible service, absolutely horrible. Not the best experience I have had from a IHOP location. The waiter when asked a few questions had just flatout said no they... don't have this. He could of worded like oh unfortunately we don't have that right now or something else other then a flat No.He only focused on one side of the table my husband never got a refill on his soda while he asked the other couple at least onceif they wanted a refill. I ordered a coffee and asked for cream and sugar and he gave me bowl from the table behind us thatsomeone used and did not refresh it before giving it to me. I had to ask him too because the other people that used it before meleft used sugar packets and a open creamer. We waited 40 min for food but the restaurant did not seem super packed at all. We were hungry after a movie but most places were closed at 10 pm. We went to IHOP. The steak and veggie omelet was stuffed with... steak tips, mushrooms, peppers and onions, yum. The shredded hashbrowns were perfect, the best ever. We had a fruit bowl withfresh sweet pineapple, honeydew melon and red grapes, all delicious. We definitely chose the right place. Read more
Food we ordered for dinner are pretty basic breakfast dish and sure no way to mess up. Omellete is well seasoned as always,... bacon, hashbrown and toast were done right and pancake is yummy good as expected. The place is clean and well maintained. For a 24/7 diner, this location brings minimal charm, but quality food. They have good gluten free options and the staff were... knowledgeable about their offerings. It tends to feel more on the "beat up" dining options, but the food was good and in theend, that's what's most important. Read more
