I love Cold Stone and have for years! And now I will not go back to the Murray location. I entered this location at 4:17pm on... 9/25 and left at 4:30pm with my small ?Like It? ice cream. While 13 minutes is not a long wait, it is when there was onecustomer ahead of you. I counted 7 workers (most of whom were hiding in the back office) plus the manager so there is no reasonto be waiting for service when 6 people are on the payroll. When I brought this up to the manager she said she would talk to heremployees. I had to remind her that she also sat around chatting instead of serving customers. Read more
These kids need adult supervision. Need to be trained to provide better service. My sister had a vanilla ice cream we couldn?t... figure out why there where multiple colors and flavors??? We concluded that they must be using dirty scoopers. The ice cream wasmelted before it even made it in our hands. So disappointed! I?ll keep taking my business to Handle?s . Read more
We had amazing customer service tonight! I was so impressed with the young workers, especially Abbie who dealt with a difficult... customer while maintaining a great attitude. The customer came in and proceeded to make rude commentary towards her, and refusedto have ice cream made by a ?dirty biracial? worker. She instead made another male coworker remake the ice cream while thecustomer?s friend continued to ridicule her. She was rude when Abbie politely asked her to wait to the side, yet Abbie and allthe other workers maintained a positive and welcoming attitude towards not only the rude customers, but all other customerspresent. Got two large sizes. One is about 50% more than the other in terms on ice cream amount. Plus the vanilla ice cream was soft and... runny. And instead of getting good ice cream they used it anyway. These two were made at the same time and the left one has beeneaten more. One is good the other is soup. Read more
The service is horrible. I ordered 6 cheesecake fantasy Love it size. The guy who made my ice cream, portioned the size so bad.... He made who bunch together the divided that into 6 cups. They were not normal size how they usually are. They were so little.Guy working at the cashier didn?t understand what I was saying. Overall, this location needs lots of improvement in all lot ofareas. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I don?t even wanna give 1 star. Read more
Staff have definitely turned over here. They are more interested in flirting than working. My Love it size only had as much ice... cream as a Like it. Plus no masks. We're still in the middle of a pandemic. Lastly and most Disappointing is they no longerunderstand what it means when you say "my child has food allergies, please pull from a new container in the back." It'sunfortunate as this was our goto location. OLD REVIEW PRIOR TO THE CHANGE IN STAFF: We frequent Cold Stone as it's one of thefew sweet treats my daughter can enjoy. I wrote my original review below two years ago. Still today I can't say enough. BeforeI had a chance to even mention my daughters food allergies today, the person helping us said smiling "we have a food allergyhere right." She even remembered she could have chocolate. Seriously how much better can you get than that!?!? She deserves araise. I've never had better service anywhere. They certainly understand food allergies and the meaning of cross contamination. Each time we've visited all I have to say is "my daughter has food allergies" and they are all over it! They ALWAYS pull froma new carton of chocolate ice cream and mix it in a separate clean pan with clean tools to prevent ANY cross contamination. Are you even a foodie if you don?t celebrate National Ice Cream Day? This year, we chose Cold Stone Creamery to celebrate this... day, and there?s no regret. We ordered online for in store pickup, and arrived right before closing. There was a huge lineinside the store waiting to be served. There was another line for pick up which wasn?t that long. As customers were piling inthe store to get on line to order, one of the employee had to ask them to step outside the store, as they reached the maximumcapacity inside the store. I?m glad I ordered online to avoid the crowd. Also use the promo code ?ICECREAM? to get the BOGOoffer (valid till 07/23/20). We ordered the Berry Berry Beery Good and the Germanchökolätekäke in a waffle cone. The icecreams were in a cup, and the cones were separate. We scooped it in the cone. As a chocolate lover, the Germanchökolätekäkesurprised us, but the mixed-in toasted coconut was super-tasty, and made for an epic frozen version of a German chocolate cake.Loved the addition of pecans, as well. The Berry Berry Beery Good, was VERY good! It was filled with strawberry, blueberry, andraspberry. But strawberries came through the strongest, and that's a very good thing. I hadn't eaten at a Cold Stone for more than 10 years. I was so surprised how tasty the ice cream is! And it's not too expensive... especially considering the quality. The worker was really nice, patient and helpful. I felt bad she was working alone though. Read more
