I have not gone to Carl's Jr since they very first opened in Utah. I decided to go for lunch today and now I know why I don't go... there. EVERYTHING was very cold. The hamburger patty couldn't have been thicker than a pickle slice. I definitely won't be goingthere again. Read more
The slowest service I've ever had in my life when going through a drive-thru! And at times I'll admit they have some great... people at the window but the last time she had an attitude like there was no tomorrow and maybe I had a little one but aftersitting there for 20 minutes behind the vehicle at the window maybe I would have been a little bit more pleasant also but I'llhave to say 5300 they slow within molasses snails cold tar and anything else you can think of that barely moves! Went to pick up a quick weekend dinner for me and my family - paid over $40.00 and the food was inedible and the store remains... to not pick up or have a working phone number. Literally everything was wrong- the drinks, the burgers, we were charged for addons that weren't provided and dietary restrictions were not catered too. Seriously so disgusting and disappointing. One of theburgers was so slathered in sauce that a white clear goop was smothered over half of the burger and bun - and everything had aweird smell. Read more
I'm not really sure how to rate this comment with stars. As it wasn't bad service or good. Infact the food and service was... great. My COMPLAINT is they have a sign that states "join the rewards app today and get a free sandwich of your choice" so I didjust that and signed up. But when I tried to redeem the free sandwich the manager said "that's now how it works, you have toearn points to redeem the sandwich". So I was not given the free sandwich. Read more
This location is currently drive-through only but I have been in this location for an in-store dine in a lot of times. Place is... fairly clean and food is pretty much usual but I guess Carl's Jr. in general needs some changes or upgrade on their foodselection or do some seasonal offer too to make menu selection more exciting. Service was a little on the slower side since we were the only dine in customer but drive through was also busy. Our food was... fresh and hot and brought to us quickly and didnt just sit under the heat lamps. The french toast sticks were fire :) Read more
They keep getting my order wrong at the drive through. Last time I thought she said "meal," but she had said "single" so I... didn't get a meal even though I said the meal number with a medium diet coke. It just sounded like they were understaffed, so Idon't blame them for being overwhelmed. On they other hand, they did good job with the burger, and quality is always consistenthere. Read more
