Carl's Jr is great . Good food . We switched our location to the one on state street across from the Intermountain medical... hospital because the location closer to us on 3300 south and about main street has horrible food . So glad we started coming tothis new location . Read more
I have not gone to Carl's Jr since they very first opened in Utah. I decided to go for lunch today and now I know why I don't go... there. EVERYTHING was very cold. The hamburger patty couldn't have been thicker than a pickle slice. I definitely won't be goingthere again. Read more
The slowest service I've ever had in my life when going through a drive-thru! And at times I'll admit they have some great... people at the window but the last time she had an attitude like there was no tomorrow and maybe I had a little one but aftersitting there for 20 minutes behind the vehicle at the window maybe I would have been a little bit more pleasant also but I'llhave to say 5300 they slow within molasses snails cold tar and anything else you can think of that barely moves! Went to pick up a quick weekend dinner for me and my family - paid over $40.00 and the food was inedible and the store remains... to not pick up or have a working phone number. Literally everything was wrong- the drinks, the burgers, we were charged for addons that weren't provided and dietary restrictions were not catered too. Seriously so disgusting and disappointing. Last time I thought she said "meal," but she had said "single" so I... didn't get a meal even though I said the meal number with a medium diet coke.
