I love this place the food is cheap. It?s yummy depending on the day and time you go reflects on the service. Most of the staff... is friendly and very attentive. The one thing I don?t like is they never have the Chardonnay in stock. Read more
We went 2 weeks ago and it was delicious. Tonight! What was that? Appetizer was burnt, but still served. My $ 19.00 steak was... initially rare. I wanted medium. A plop of mash potato like a Tbsp. The salmon was a child size and over cooked. No lemon nosauce, dry and raw broccoli? They remade my steak but, I ate alone. So thirsty as it took 20 minutes in between severalrequests. Still no Stella Artois glasses. But eh the manager picked up the food tab to make it right. Thank you for that. We'llwait some time before going back. Maybe by then they will work it all out. They did not have 2 things we ordered. It took a long time to get our food. The tea tasted like it was going bad. It was very... cold in the restaurant. The waitress was nice but very slow to come around to check on us. Today was not the best experience. Wehave been in before and the place was super. Went during time of very little customers. Our server seemed like she wanted to do a good job, but was often side tracked by... other unknown things. She was rather forgetful on some things however on the things that mattered the most was spot on.Restaurant seemed clean, portions were ok to price. Had some mixed drinks and they were spot on. This Applebee's always has great service each and every time I visit. They have very friendly servers that have really joyful... energy. They make sure to check on you often incase you are needing anything at all. They make it a point to ensure you arebeing provided great service by asking if everything is going okay. They make the BEST alcoholic beverages and their store hoursare amazing and perfect when you need a late night meal and have very limited options. The food is good but not well enough forthe price of it. Although that is the only slightly negative about this restaurant. Read more
