Reviews for Jazz Cellars Winery in Murphys, CA
Really nice and chill spot to try some good wine. The wine tasting was great, and the selection was very good.
Very cozy, comfortable environment. Wines are not local, but from great wine regions. Love this little place.
Yummy wines and great personalities working the counter.
Best place for wine tasting with great music. Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Great wine, delicious, smooth, and approachable. Nice staff too. We will definitely be back.
Every wine that I've tried from Jazz Cellars has been consistently excellent! Definitely worth a stop.
Jazz Cellars recently opened up their tasting room in Murphys. It is a very nice tasting room with outdoor seating to chill and... relax. Their staff is great - Jessica served us and is very knowledgeable. Their wines are the BEST in Murphys - see foryourself. One reason their wines are so good is that they source their grapes from all around Northern and Central California- their zinfandel is from Dry Creek, Healdsburg, the Pinot Noir is from Santa Lucia Highlands near Salinas, and their Syrah(our favorite) is from Las Madres in Sonoma. The current Petite Sirah is local though (Amador county). They are located abit off the Main Street but they are definitely worth finding! Read more
The wine is mediocre at best?I also don?t appreciate being told how to taste wine and use the dump bucket? The woman working... there told us they can?t be responsible for people getting drunk at their tasting room?I?m in my 60?s?I don?t need ababysitter?I bought a bottle of Barbera which was just ok?She offered a bottle to purchase of 2017 Rousanne/Marsanne to keepfrom being charged for the tasting?Too old and not good at all? That I dumped out?We won?t be back? And to top it off it was mybirthday!
