If I could give it, zero stars I would. Do not go to this location. Waited over 10 minutes for my food had only one person in... front of me, they left without their food and I had to also go in and get my money back. Ordered inside and was only customer in the dining room. I felt like 3 drive through cars got served (and received there food)... before I received mine. Store employees and managers were nice. Read more
I just left the store's drive thru and the young man in the window had his personal cell phone visible at the window while also... handling my credit card and was looking down at it the entire time. And he took a little too long giving my card back. I triedcalling the manager but no one is answering the phone at the location! I really can't be too sure if he was just beinginattentive or if he copied my credit card information! So if u were at this location's drive thru anytime between 11:30am and1pm on 8/20/22, I'd pay extra special attention to whatever credit card you used. Better safe than sorry. I just canceled mine. Update 8/6/2022 went to get some food after working all day at 930 and the building was dark. No one working the drive thru.... Your hours on google and on your drive thru window say 12 am. Thanks again for the inconvenience! A month ago:Get it togetherWendy's or shut down and put something in that can handle the business! Went to the drive thru yesterday and the guy says whilelaughing "We are only taking online orders because we are short staffed." OK, so we went somewhere else. Today we saw thatWendy's has a strawberry frosty so we ubered 3. Payed triple what we should have just to make it easier. Uber driver messagesme and says "they can't find your order" WHAT?! so I call up there, no answer and it says the person you are trying to reach isunavailable. She messages back later and days ok they found it it, leaving now. Basically wasting her time as well. Read more

Store was not clean, especially by the fountain drinks?.disgusting to the point that I didn?t get drinks and asked the lady to... get the drinks for me. The young Hispanic lady that took my order was very rude. The nuggets and fries were hard and sandwichcold. I won?t be utilizing this location. Read more
Walked in at 930am. No customers in store or drive through. Two people walking around doing stuff, one guy walks right by me.. I... know all 3 of them knew I was standing there. Stood at register at least 5 to 10 minutes without any interaction with anyone.Then someone drives up to drive through and they rush over to take there order. I walked out. Read more
