Place is clean, food is AMAZING. I ate the herb chicken and fried rice. Was perfect. Only minor thing I didn?t like was that... when I ordered tea they gave it to me in a bottle and no refills. Not a big deal but was a bummer. Over all though I love it andwill 100% come back anytime! Read more

Update Sep-17: Crab fried rice was excellent. Redemption from the weird tasting Pad See Ew last time we ordered. Salt and pepper... squid also good. Previously: The pad see ew had smell of eagle brand medicated oil. A few bites had strong hints of this smell.Ask the cooks to wash their hands before prepping or handling the ingredients please. Delicious! We love the food. I was looking for a great Thai restaurant near Wylie, and I finally found it.

I had mango sticky rice for the very 1st time & it was delicious. The mango was fresh. The dish was served hot/warm & the sticky... rice was swimming in coconut milk with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. I don?t have anything to compare it so I?m giving thisplace 5 stars because I would absolutely order it again from here. Read more

I used to really enjoy their food, everything was tasty and fresh. One day I had ordered the herb chicken fried rice for pickup... ? never had an issue before. This plate had a pebble in it. I had pickup the food a little before close so when I found it (andI mean ?found? like I had chewed on it) I the store was already closed so I contacted the next day (when the were closedall-day) to leave a voicemail. I was hoping for a call back but never received one. I figured they just didn?t get my message,so after waiting all week I called again (on a day the were open). The employees kept telling me that their managers were outand the didn?t see anything in the books about it, but that they would put it in there for a call back. I never heard anything.I wasn?t even too upset about the pebble, I was more disappointed it seemed like my issue was avoided and ignored by uppermanagement. I used to love supporting, now I don?t even feel right to go back. *** Update: I think communication between staffand management isn?t always together. May hear something from one person but the next day no one will ?see it in the books,?(referring to when I called about my previous issue?it was never resolved). Again, the food has never been of bad quality, butin the case of an issue, showing up in person, rather than over the phone, I highly recommend. This location is take-out/delivery only. I ordered the crispy rolls, pad thai, and pho with meatballs for a big lunch since I... skipped breakfast. I did order during lunch rush hour, so the wait was longer. Everything was packaged pretty well! No foodspills. First, the crispy rolls were delicious! Although Sticky Rice is a Thai/Lao food place, the pho here was surprisinglygood; even better than some of the pho I've tried at some Vietnamese restaurants. The broth was very flavorful, but themeatballs weren't my favorite. While I was craving pad thai the most, it was actually my least favorite. The portion was prettybig but severely lacking in flavor. I didn't eat much of it, but after lunch my stomach started to hurt. A couple hours later, Iheated up the pad thai leftovers because I was hungry. Again, my stomach became upset, and I had to use the toilet. and yeah Ialso gave the pad thai a third try cause I was desperate and had midnight cravings lol.
