Very disappointing. My sandwich was very sloppily made and the potato soup tasted burnt or spoiled ???? so a total waste of... money and food. I have never had bad schlotzsky's before, until today. Won't be going back to this location. Read more
Missed a few of the order notes and alot of the containers were split open, but the food was tasty. Also they had our order... ready 5 minutes ahead of time, which probably should have used to double check the notes from the order. I'll stl go back thoughas it's a rarity they mess up on orders. I had not been to Schlotzsky's in many years but use to love their sandwiches. The bread was amazing and I loves that the meats... and melted cheese. Fast forward. We moved and never saw a Schlotzsky's close to our home. For some reason I thought aboutfinding a location last night. I had to drive a bit but figured it was worth the drive. We were tired and hungry. Order total$32 for 2 sandwiches 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 chips. #1. That's ridiculous but blamed it on the economy. So ok. Got home with 2HUGE sandwiches. The bread...OMG what have they done to the bread? It was horrible. It was like trying to wat a sandwich on anentire THICK pan of cornbread. It was cold and very dry not fresh. There was no sauce as far as we could tell in the sandwichesat all. I'm not blaming this location...yet as I found out thar the "Original Schlotzsky's was bought out. I guess they madechanges to the quality of the food and bread. Huge mistake. I was telling some of my friends about it at lunch today and theyall already knew the "new Schlotzsky's" was horrible.
