?Please?, ?thank you? and ?have a nice day? are all things this restaurant customer service is missing. Why be rude/unfriendly... to a customer? The shorter Hispanic male with the earrings consistently has no customer service skills. I use please and thankyou and don?t even get a response. I have been a Braums customer since the old Oklahoma days but this is unacceptable forme. Chick-fil-A is down the street, you can at least send your employees there to learn how customer service should bedone. Not going back there for a long while. Read more

It was my first visit. The ice cream selection is awesome. I bought sherbert from the store part them ordered food. The burgers... were OK but I only say that because I usually don't eat fast food. I'd go back for the icecream. Read more

Loved it! This is why I moved back to Dallas! Best burger I've had in a long time. Great prices too. The whole family of 5... ate for less than $35. Can't beat that! Update: I'm still a huge Braums fan, but this particular location is getting crossedoff the list. The place just isn't clean and the food is not as good as other locations. Read more
