I came here the other night cause me and my family were in the mood for some good ice cream. When I walked in, I was greeted and... was helped almost immediately. But the girl who served me (I'm assuming shes new cause I've never seen her there before) wasacting like she was clueless. I asked for a brownie sundae for my mom, no problem. I asked for a banana split for my stepdad,not only was the banana very small, but then she asked me what toppings I wanted on the split. I don't eat banana splits so Idon't really know what toppings go on them, but this is the first time anyone has ever asked me what toppings I wanted on abanana split. Usually when I order one, they just know how to make it and give it to me. The ice cream scoops in the split werealso the size of a ping pong ball, way too small. And lastly, I said I wanted a small cookies n cream milkshake. I looked in thecase beforehand, there was just enough for a small shake, but she tried to tell me there wasn't enough for a shake. I politelysaid there was enough for a small one and even if it didn't fill the cup up entirely I would still pay full price for it. Shestill would not make me the milkshake, if I was asking for a medium or large, she would be right, but I wanted a small one. I'vemade milkshakes many times at several of my previous jobs, I know what I'm talking about when I say there was just enough for asmall shake. No matter what I said and no matter how much I tried (I was very polite too, not rude), she literally refused tomake me the small cookies n cream milkshake. I really didn't feel like arguing with her all night about it, so I finally saidscrew it and asked for a chocolate chip milkshake. It was good, but not what I wanted. I also watched her make it and she puttoo much milk in it, so my shake was a little too liquidy, the ice cream separated from the milk, and melted very quickly. Where's the ice cream? Is the first thing I thought when I saw my order. This is suppose to be a Banana Royale but there's... nothing royal about it. Look at the space in the cup! Why do I have these little scoops when I'm paying close to 6 dollars forthis? This is upsetting for sure. My son got a double scoop mint chocolate chip and look at his picture. Super quick, super helpful, super friendly! They had so many good flavors it was hard to choose which ones to get on my brownie... sundae. The addition of the Reeses topping sauce put the ice cream over the top! The place was very clean and bathrooms stockedand clean as well. Read more
