Horrible location to get in and out of. Very dangerous!! Waited inside to order for 35 min. There was one register open in the... lobby a d one guy running the lobby all alone. The soda machine was put of many flavors and it would interrupt the lobby flowwhen someone who had already ordered had to ask the lobby guy to stop and go to the back to pour them a drink. About 20 min intomy wait (still in line to order), another associate came up front with a till and opened the other drawer to help. The sodamachine was able to be changed at this time. It was a busy rainy Saturday and the restaurant was extremely busy. Cudos to thestaff for doing their best to keep up. I was overall dissatisfied with my experience and will use the old fort location thefuture. The bathrooms were in a horrible condition as well. Read more

Just came from there, the service was horrible!!! I order my food inside planning on eating my supper there! I wanted hot food... not Luke warm food! The girl that took my order doesn't even need to be working there , I guess she is just there to chat withher friends and not worry about getting food out to the customers! I think very important to a customer that there food is givenin a timely manner! I was looking forward to a great meal there !! But at this time I don't know when I will go back to thisrestaurant! This Zaxbys needs to clean there act up! I returned the food and ask for a refund, and cannot remember when I haveever done that before! When you work hard for your money every week! Wife and I both ordered the signature club. When we pulled up, there was a wait and that's fine. They made it fresh just so they... could smash both of our sandwiches and didn't put any toppings on at all minus the sauce. Both were smooshed flat. Read more

The food is good. I would say the food is on a middle ground. Not fast food, but not anything fancy either. The main thing that... impressed me about this location was the cleanliness. Also, the staff that I interacted with were polite. A little pricey, butworth it. Try the fried mushrooms! Read more

Update - Consistent Popped in here today for a quick late lunch in the drive-through. I have been to this location several... times and the food is always good. While technically the service has been efficient and good they don't seem too friendly orinteractive. Kind of have a get the job done mentality. It's not bad at all. Trash! I went as soon as they opened! My toast wasn?t even toasted, I guess they started to cut the sandwich and said forget it... so when I attempted to pick up half I noticed it wasn?t all the way cut so I tried to pull it apart and the entire sandwich justfell apart. The fries were cold and seemed old. People love Zaxby?s so they continue to come but this location needs to shutdown for training and cooks. It?s horrible! Read more
