Update*** Go out of your way to the Zaxby?s on Old Fort Pkwy: so much cleaner and friendlier than this place! This place is so... dirty. Not just they slacked the night before and it?s a day old dirty, but you can tell they consistently do not clean. Thefloors are greasy and sticky with sauce on the floor, all the tables were dirty, the seats were dirty, everything was not clean.We had to clean our own table. I would go out of my way to eat at another Zaxbys based off my experience and the other reviewsbelow. This was absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had at any fast food place in my life. The employees in the kitchen... completely ignored the manager and refused to make the food because they were ready to break everything down and go home, yet Icame a full hour and a half before they closed. Went through the drive up at lunch today. Waited 45 minutes. My order was for a 5 finger plate with extra toast because we... share. Got my order and it was 2 half pieces of chicken, no fries, but they got the toast and sauces right. I thought they mightbe slow due to short staff but when I looked in they had 6 people upfront I could count of course all of them were fixingthemselves a drink and just slouching around. Do not! Do not eat here. We went on August 12 and the dining room was filthy. The drink station, the floors, the tables, the... napkin dispenser- all of it. The young staff were sitting on the counters and the floor! They were all on their phones, thentouching food and condiments. People on the drive thru had no idea. We should have never ordered, but we were there and tired tooverlook the situation. A girl?s BF came and she let him in the prep area and they hung out and hung on each other. I just takecleanliness and sanitation seriously. I hope the GM and owner read this and become aware that they can not rely on this staff. Ishould have taken photos. When packing snacks for the 4th of July fireworks, Zaxby's family meal was the perfect choice. This was the second time at Zaxby... and each time the service was excellent. The front of house crew were courteous and willing to explain our options. My son and Ididn't have to wait very long for our order. The restaurant was neat and clean. We knew how the chicken strips would taste. Wewere pleasantly surprised how delicious the french fries and bread tasted. The bread and fries didn't make to the fireworks. Read more

Very rude employee at the drive through. Thought it was a teenage boy with a terrible attitude until driving to the pick up... window to find out was a grown woman. If that wasn't bad enough, picture provided of the slack job the rest of the kitchen isdoing. Read more

I came through the drive through at about 915pm and had the WORST experience ever . I should of kept going when I seen the young... workers hanging out at the door with the restaurant door open . I should of kept going when I pulled up to the menu and heardthe loud rap music (and I enjoy rap music) playing from the speakers and the child who was taking my order was laughing throughthe monitor before rushing to ask me what I wanted . I should of kept going when she said they was out of traditional wings andhas impatient when I needed a minute to rethink my usual order . I should of kept going when I pulled up to the last window andseen teenagers who were supposed to be working sitting on items and texting on their phones . They were having a party !! Loudmusic , texting , playing , laughing on the intercom. I asked for insane dipped tenders and they served me cold tinders with hotsauce squirted on top , I thought they were supposed to be tossed and covered but I guess not . They served me old fries androck hard bread . They were too lazy to simply toast another piece . I asked for blue cheese and Zax sauce which I didn?t get soI waited even after she closed the window to ask her again . My drive home was less than 5 minutes and ALL my food was ice coldand old! I started to drive back but I know for a fact management was not in the building and if they were , they should beashamed ! $13 on a meal that I had to throw away !
