Just placed an order online and my father picked up the order for me. Get my order and not only is it wrong. I ordered the... voodoo fries only to get ranch fries and my boneless wings are hard and taste like old grease. I precede to call the storerepeatedly only to get no answer! Notice that all reviews from several months or years ago are great. This place has become a nightmare. Went in just to get fries... and a drink - nothing fancy. I walked in and there were about 7 other parties waiting. One was at the counter receiving a refundbecause they had sat watching everyone else get food and they were not waiting another 15-20 minutes for theirs. They got 2 moreparties out before I stepped up to the counter to order (I thought I?d give them a chance to process a few before I addedanother). When I walked up, the girl asked if I was picking up. I said no (because, in my experience of multiple tries, onlineorders are never accepted and the phone never gets answered). She told me it would be 45 minutes (before even knowing what Iwanted to order). I told her I just wanted fries and asked if that mattered. She told me she wasn?t sure, so I left. I know myorder wouldn?t have brought in a ton of money, but you just lost a customer pretty much forever over that - unless newmanagement comes in and gets things straight. Here?s the thing?this place has so much potential. They could be reallysuccessful with better management?and have been in the past! But, for now, it?s a loss. I even ordered successfully online acouple of weeks ago for them to then DECLINE the order after it had been processing for five minutes. You?d think I would?vestopped trying then. Where do I start? destiny at the counter could care less about her job. She just sat on her phone the entire time I waited 40... minutes for my food. I asked her if I could get a small cup of buffalo sauce or have some added to my box because there washardly any sauce on my wings. She wanted to charge me $1.50. Why would I pay for a small side of sauce when I had to wait 40minutes for some undercooked wings. Used to love this place. Now I will never come back. My advice for the manager is to findpeople who want to work. The customer service at this location sucks!!! Terrible terrible service!! Read more
Place consistently closes 1-2 hours before the posted time. Online ordering is never available and phones are never answered but... the staff will still act annoyed that you didn?t order ahead of time. Food itself is pretty good if you can manage to get it. Read more
Customer service was nice and understanding. Giselle, the cashier, actually seemed like she cared. They had 2 cooks working the... dinner rush and they were rocking it. The employees on august 8, night shift, Kudos. (Order took a little long but worth theextra 10 minutes). Read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They mixed 3 different flavors of boneless wings into 2 containers, essentially... getting mild sauce mixed in with the plain and BBQ making 4 out of 5 peoples food ruined. This is the worst Wingstop in North America. Super duper bad customer service and always opening late. It?s going on 11:10am and... the doors are still locked and the workers looking at me like what do you want. Read more
