I would recommend going anywhere else but a Wendy's in Murfreesboro. Their staff is obviously underpaid as bespoke by the way... they deal with their customers and the speed of their orders. The staff they have does try however you can only try so much for$12 an hour. I have had up to a 45 minute to an hour wait in the drive thru. And they also close the lobby despite havingcustomers in there at any hour they damn well please. Without putting up any sign or notice Read more

I'm not sure why your staff has so much issues fulfilling doordash orders in an even semi timely fashion. My 5 year old nephew... or an un trained monkey could do a better job. Do you employ only smooth brained turtles? Perhaps sloths are more your speed?Maybe even your pet rock makes the food. Either way get it together. Read more

It always takes forever to get the food. And even longer for them to address you at the drive through, and usually when they do... after 5 minutes of sitting there, they tell you to please hold. Read more

So like 45 minutes in the drive through is a bit much. 6/2/2022 11pm-1145pm So this place has done a turnaround... it looks... like they put a decent team in there you can get in and out of this place once again. A few places around 11:00 that you canget a decent burger besides downtown. 8/8/2022 Also Wendy's if you're not paying your workers a livable wage yet please do so. Read more

Great for quick casual dining. I?ve been here several times but The last time I ordered for my son and I, we ate, and I went... back to the counter to get a kids frosty. The lady asked me if that was all I needed and she gave me the tiny frosty on thehouse. Simple, but made my day. Read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I was picking up a mobile order. It was around 9 pm. I waited in the drive thru to just... say I was picking up a mobile order for about 20 minutes. Then, when I pulled up to the window, I waited for ANOTHER 20 MINUTES.Now, I'm an understanding person when it comes to customer service (I work retail, so I get it), but they didn't have thedecency to even apologize for the wait or try to explain it. Over 30 minutes in the drive through, my burger was undercooked. It's been a while since I've stopped here because the drive... through is always backed up. I considered it might be due to lack of staff, but they had plenty of employees back there, it justseemed disorganized and chaotic. Read more
