My first time at this location. As with all the others the food was great and the service was excellent. As I was eating my... fiesta omelet I couldn't help but to be impressed with how Waffle House does their business. Kind of an old school dinner vibewith the kitchen and staff in plain view. Food orders being called back-and-forth in a secret code. Scattered, smothered,covered, chunked, diced, plate, on the side, and more. Cooks looking at plates with strategically placed bits of food, ketchup,mustard, and mayonnaise packets to let them know what they're cooking. No tickets no order window no computer reminding them.Just good training and consistency. It's really quite impressive. Read more
I have been going there for 10 yrs.! I can't think of one time in those 10 yrs. that I received bad service or bad food! The... employees are always super nice to us as well. One time I had a to-go order that they messed up but I called and the Manager wassuper responsive and gave me a credit for their mistake. I can honestly say that most restaurants won't fix the mistakes theymake! I just want to say, Great Job Waffle House on South Church! You guys rock!
