Would have given 5 stars, there were 2 employees working 1 nice and 1 well not so nice: no smile, seem irritated to wait on us,... didn't feel welcome; we are on vacation from GB Wisconsin. Great sodas. Average ice cream. Horrible service. The teenage girls who work here dipping ice cream need to be replaced with... people who know how to treat the general public. I bought 6 sodas and the girl who checked me out talked to her friend the wholetime. Didn't greet me, didn't say thank you just walked away and didn't even give me my receipt from the machine that waslocated between both of us. So I retrieved my receipt & left to write this review. With service like this they ought to makethis place self-serve and pay at a kiosk. It would be way better & expectations of professionalism would be lowered. Read more

The inside decor is great and the ice cream tastes like ice cream. However, an adult needs to run this place instead of a bunch... of high schoolers. It?s evident this is a ?first job? kind of place with absolutely no given customer service training. I wantto like this place, but I?m not going to support a business where the customer service is consistently distasteful. It?s a badexample for my own kids! Read more

Had no idea this place was around. Pleasant little find! I haven't tried the sodas but I enjoyed my ice cream! The place is... beautiful and great for families. They have a "bar" plus dine-in area with large tables and booths. I liked that they even havelittle charging cables at each table for multiple devices! Not that you should be on one (rude).
