The rattlesnake bites were good and the chicken on the salad had good flavor but everything lacked in the presentation category.... And for a salad, appetizer and drink $30 was a bit high. 4 ??- Yummy and worth it It’s been a while since we had lunch at one of its location and are now asking ourselves why it took... us so long to go back. We had their appetizer sampler, always a good idea since we had a little bit of everything. Their sidesalad is surprisingly good but the best part was the beef tips. We normally shared but thisntime we had to order one of each.There was so much food, mainly because we stuffed ourselves with their dinner rolls, that we ended up eating the leftovers for acouple more meals. Delicious Dallas Filet steak ???? cooked just the way I ordered it. This was our first time at this location, but I am a big fan... of the TR steaks and sides. Wyatt was an excellent waiter. Nikkea (not sure of spelling) asked a few times how our meal was andif we needed anything. Management seems very involved in TR, which is a good sign for a great steak chain. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time! Usually you get one or the other when you don’t have... the best experience (good waiter/bad food or good food/bad waiter) but this time I got both! First let’s start with the waitershe was HORRIBLE!!! She acted as if she was in a rush for us to place our orders then my husband asked for his tea with no iceshe brought him a tea with ice and the 2 refills after! She brought meals out incomplete, she never asked if the food was goodor if we needed anything, when we were able to catch her we had to ask twice for the same thing then she would return and justthrow it down! She definitely treated us as if we were an inconvenience to her! Next up was the food and it was DRY andDISGUSTING (my camera made it look better than it appeared)! I asked for medium well steak (beef tips) but they were well doneand burnt! My toddler got the steak bites and he couldn’t even bite it let alone chew it and we eat steak just abouteverywhere we go! I added ribs as a side kick and all the sauce in the world couldn’t make them taste better! It was justhorrible and I hate my family encountered this experience tonight because we love their rolls but if this is the service we willreceive we won’t be back. Read more
Went for my little brothers birthday and had a great experience! Our server was very friendly and good, although it was crowded... and there was a 15 minute wait, they were efficient. All 4 of us had the NY strip and we were all very happy with the size, theway it was cooked and the flavor. They even put our ice cream cake in the freezer for us while we ate! Definitely reccomend, butnext time we will go before 6pm because their specials are great before then. Read more
What an awesome meal! 6 ounce sirloin, mashed potatoes and green beans. Wonderful! New meal, lunch time. Same order, 6 ounce... sirloin steak. This time around the piece had a lot of tendons and fat. It was rough going about cutting it but the flavor wasgood. Overall good experience and great service. Read more
