I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. Since they remodeled, their service has also improved as if they replaced... the team. I don't think they did. They are the same, friendly people that were there before, but their attitudes have changed.They employees were very friendly, they were out of an item and super apologetic about it, and actually told me before Iordered. The quality of the food has changed for the better as well. My food was made properly, with the right portions, andwas still piping hot when I got home 15 minutes later. It was FRESH. Read more
I am a fan of the Mexican pizza and I was happy to hear they were bringing it back. I had to try it and see if it tasted as good... as I remembered. First visit-This store did not seem prepared for the influx of people. I posted a picture of their pizza inan advertisement and then of the actual pizza I received. You can tell that mine does not look like the advertisement. The pizzawas good in spite of its appearance. I am giving this location 3 stars because of the long wait and originally being told theyhad no more pizzas after placing my order. While I was waiting for a refund I was told by a different representative they hadmore pizzas and I didn't have to cancel my order. Hopefully the long waits and inventory shortages will be resolved. Again I amto happy to see the Mexican pizza back on the Taco Bell menu. Read more
This location was totally remodeled. They want you to enter your own orders on the Kiosk. No paper receipts are provided. The... staff is not friendly. It takes too one to get your food, even when there is not a large drive thru crowd and almost no one inside. Read more
Over $35 for 2 crunch wraps a personal pizza and bread sticks. The crunch wraps tasted like stale taco shell and darn near... no meat in any of them(or meat in taco's) and the pizza tasted old and bread sticks where so hard I could of knocked somebodyout with them. this is the new vegetarian version of taco bell I suppose because none of them had any meat. I will make sureanybody I know will not return to taco bell no value for your purchase. This location seems to need some intervention. The quality and consistency of their food was disappointing. The cinnamon twists... had very minimal cinnamon sugar (see picture, taste like styrofoam peanuts) and of the tacos we ordered, some were filled overstuffed while others were nearly empty. Read more
They were all laughing and playing with friends in the lobby and eating pizza at the counter where they set their completed... orders. They forgot to give us cups, had to get their attn to get them. Then they forgot to give us our cinnamon twists, had toget their attn to get them. Quesadilla only had fillings in one side. Cinnamon twists weren?t even slightly seasoned. Icemachine was down. Tacos were almost empty. Worst Taco Bell experience I?ve ever had, and I?ve eaten at them all over the US.Stores like this is why Taco Bell is going downhill. 10/10 don?t recommend!! Read more
The lady at the drive through didn?t wanna do her job right. She purposefully skipped the mobile order line cuz she was in a... mood and then made us wait 18 minutes and still didn?t bring out our food after asking us to pull around and park.
