I came here a bit after opening hour twice. They were late both times. If the business is scheduled to open at 8, that doesn't... mean having your first employee show up at 8:13. Got a breakfast flatbread the lady seemed just in a hurry to be rid of me and didnt even toast it even though it had cold eggs... on it. I was still pretty tired and didnt realize they didnt ask if I wanted it toasted or just do it since it wasnt cold cuts. Then I had a question about the combo vs just the drink and wouldnt get a straight forward response and was rude. Thefountain machine sprayed out soda on me. Asked for napkins because they only gave me one and got the stink eye. Just anoverall unpleasant experience. I'm not someone who complains about every little thing but I was the only customer there, wasnothing but polite, but was getting nothing but contemptuous vibes back. Read more
Not enough on the sandwich. Had to ask for chips, they were not displayed. The tea was NOT sweet, big let down. No napkins... given, had to ask and staff had both earbuds in so they could not hear me. So annoying Read more

Went In last night and food was okay. The cucumbers felt mushy in the mouth and I usually like mine fresh with a crunch. The... place was clean. I?ve never seen a subway with the furniture that they had. The colors are very pleasing to the eye. My onlynegative is I get coupons from my apartment since I live right next to this subway and the lady working seemed upset that Iasked to use the coupon. The food wasn't bad. They sure weren't very friendly and it was very obvious the person at the counter was very unhappy being... there. Perhaps it is the COVID 19 thing, it seems as if many of the Subway's in Tennessee seem unfriendly and as if you are notreally welcome in the restaurant. There is an exception on the east side of Jackson TN where there is a happy bubbly staff thatmake you feel like you are welcome any time, and that they might actually like working with each other. Went in this morning for a breakfast sandwich and the place was empty. I was greeted by an employee in the kitchen telling me,... ?Be there in a minute.? After 5 minutes he finally showed up and looked like he hadn?t had a bath in several days and seemedaggravated that he actually had to work. It was 8:00 am so the bar should have been fully stocked, but several things were outand the rest was messy and looked old. The more items I asked for all I got was, ?We ain?t got it.? So with the sandwich halfmade, I walked out and promised myself I?d never return. There are too many other restaurants in the area to put up with dirty,out of stock and staffed with rude employees restaurants. Keep driving if you are hungry and see this place! Read more
The absolute worst customer service ever. The employees are visibly disappointed you're there. Has been this way for years and... tonight was the last straw. Unfortunately I believe most in Murfreesboro are owned by the same person so I'm done with subway. Read more
