Janette and Shelby we?re absolutely amazing! Words cannot express how much I truly enjoyed and appreciated their customer... service. Their work ethic was out of this world. I?ve worked customer service at Vanderbilt for years and believe me when I tellyou, these girls deserve recognition for their hard work and enthusiasm. I admire and respect them so much! They made both of mysandwiches beautifully for my mom and I. Really glad we came here. I?ll never forget them as long as I live. First time visiting but not first time being a Subway customer. I do want to say however that over the many years I've watched... employees make my sandwiches, never have I seen anyone like Patel. He was diligent and precise like it was an art, and I'm not asimple person when it comes to my sandwiches. For example I got the foot long chicken bacon ranch on artisan bread, addedmarinara sauce which he put the right amount on but still asked if it was enough, then I got pepper jack cheese, and wanted itlightly toasted. When it came to the toppings I got spinach, bell pepper, handful of black olives, and jalapenos. Patel laid itall out beautifully but without wasting time doing so, and then topped with chipotle southwestern sauce, which he didn't justglob all over nor did he just add a little dab. I enjoyed that sandwich more than any other I have had before because there wasLOVE in making it and I could taste it. Good job Patel and also the facility was clean and well organized and spaced for theCOVID-19 recommendations. 5 stars all around, but it would have been a solid 9 easily! Read more

Very poor experience. I ordered a footling steak and cheese. The "Sandwich Artist" was very stingy with the meat filling the... scoop about 1/2 way. I then asked for double meat and the guy put 1 more half-empty scoop on the sandwich. I was so disgustedthat I told them to forget it. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR!
