Great burgers and a much cleaner restaurant. We've been here in the past, and while the burgers were great, the restaurant was a... little unclean. There is a new owner and they have really done a great job. I usually get the western bbq burger, but today hadthe garlic burger. If you like garlic (lots of garlic), then you'll love this one. Also, in my opinion, steak n shake has thebest fries. They are the thin shoestring type....very good. Highly recommend this location ????. Read more
I would give 10 stars if i could!!! The management here is amazing and they came through our car wash supporting Lady blaze... basketball! Offered us free milkshakes and was incredibly nice to all of us, shout-out to the best management team at this place???? Read more
Y'all might as well shut down since you can't even wipe down tables or sweep the floor. Everything is greasy and dirty to the... point you are scared to eat what you ordered. Might be cheap but it's definitely not worth a penny. We have watched family andfamily walk out due to nobody greeting them. Floors are so greasy in the dining room they have causing signs everywhere. Eitherthe owner doesn't care or the management is that bad. What once was a family fav is now a disappointment. And you might want totalk to your employee who went to the bathroom with food grade gloves in and came out with them on. Isn't that crosscontamination? Huge kiosks up front that made ordering easy and fun. As far as food, the cheeseburger was delicious and of course the... milkshakes are amazing. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The place looks newly renovated as well. Goodexperience. Will be back! Read more
Was given the wrong order, drove all the way back to get my order fixed. I was very polite to the staff but all I got for my... wasted time and gas was a "Sorry". Unacceptable. SnS should have given me at least a partial refund. Attached was the wrongorder given to me when I asked for 2 Fresco combos. Read more
This was the best experience I?ve ever had at a Steak ?n Shake. I had heard of the new ordering kiosk but had never used them.... It was very easy and efficient. I prefer this to the old method of having a server, as my experience at most Steak n Shakes hasbeen that the servers were subpar and service was slow. This new way was great! Our food was ready lightning fast and it wasdelicious! Might have been the best Steak n Shake burger and fries I?ve ever had. The restaurant was clean too! We?ll definitelybe back more often now! New kiosks to order your food works well and is easy to navigate. My mom and I both ordered a cup of cheese sauce for dipping... but instead were served fries with sauce already on them, which was an option we Did not pick. So there are a couple things that this place doesn't do well. It mainly has to do with the cleanliness of the tables and the... floors. Aside that, where else can you get a a double cheeseburger and fries for $4? That's why this place is amazing,everything is cheap in there and if you're like me, a broke college student on a budget, then this is an excellent place to takeyou and your friends to. I also really like it's retro styling. We need to keep places like this alive because fast food isgetting way too expensive and it needs to stop. Read more
