I guess no one wanted to be at work today. They were moving like snails and the cashier came up to the cash register as I was... already waiting several minutes. She did not greet me or even say can she take my order, so how am I suppose to know she wantedmy order?? Just rude, slow and not friendly! Read more

Nobody is ever working this starbucks. No idea why it says they are open till 7pm. I have been to this Starbucks on various days... and no service. The incompetent Kroger. When I worked at Kroger off Lascassas Pike back in 2016-2017 we had a Starbucks, too.The batista was not even allowed to go to the bathroom without having someone watch the register . Read more

I wish I could give no stars. If it wasnt for my mama loving starbucks and this is on the way to her house. I would rather GO... WITHOUT COFFEE THEN GO HERE. WORST PLACE EVER. THEY SPEND MORE TIME TALKING THEN ACTUALLY LISTENING AND GETTING THE CUSTOMERORDER RIGHT. 6 MONTHS AND THEY CAN ONLY GET IT RIGHT ONE TIME OUT OF 3 TIMES A WEEK I STOP HERE FOR MY MOM. NOW I WILL GO OUTTAMY WAY TO GET MY ORDER RIGHT. AND I SPEND 9 DOLLARS , 3 TIMES A WEEK HERE. DO NOT EVER GO. THEY SUCK! Focus on your customersand not gossip! Smh ladies grow up! This location supposedly doesn?t have an espresso machine, at all? I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and they said they can?t... make it because they don?t have espresso. I then asked for something similar, the barista hands me an iced black coffee with atiny splash of vanilla flavoring and 2 ice cubes?. Not even close to a latte and it was warm. Looks like the barista doesn?thave any knowledge on coffee drinks if they think a vanilla latte and a black coffee with vanilla flavoring is similar??? Idon?t know what Starbucks, let alone what coffee shop doesn?t have an espresso machine?? Read more

This place is very inconsistent on how they make their drinks. Never awful, but never know what you will get. They run out of... breakfast items frequently, so be prepared to be limited on what you can get. Other than that, staff is usually friendly andthere is one employee that is amazing, I believe her name is Taylor. Read more

I change my review about 4x a year. Back down to 3 stars due to the lack of help Kroger will allow this manager to have and keep... employees on hand. Many times there is only 1 barista running the entire shop, meeting multiple demands of high traffic, largeorders, cleaning, restocking, etc. The 3 star rating is for Kroger (due to their hiring powers) lacking in attention to thisdepartment. All the girls running it deserve more than small tips and 5 stars each day!! Read more
