Honestly if your doing order ahead you need to do it almost an hour before arrival 30mins before isn't long enough when you get... there is never ready. When you order extra carmel that is an extra charge it's hardly given. There work is sloppy andFrappuccinos are over blended. I use to come to this location everyday so this isn't a one visit comment it's a frequentRe-occurrence. South Rutherford Starbucks totally outshines memorial and I have changed the way I go to work now just to go tosouth Rutherford the are fantastic all the way from customer service to there preparation. I used to love this Starbucks. However, recently they have closed inside and only open the drive through. Now this isn't a game... changer, but for the love... Turn OFF the ability to make a mobile order! Ridiculous! The point of doing a mobile order is theconvenience of grabbing your food/drink quickly and NOT sitting in line. But when you already made a mobile order and thenarrive to see your doors locked, forcing people to either leave and lose the $ or sit in the drive through line for 15 minutesis absurd. I understand if you're understaffed.... But just turn off the mobile orders and only offer the drive through. Or havesomeone standing outside to deliver the mobile orders. I doubt I will return here, as this has happened to me 5ish times. I'mover it. There's other reliable coffee shops in Murfreesboro I'd rather give my business to. Read more
