The gnat/fruit fly infestation has grown so severe at this location over the last month that sitting inside is now unbearable,... because of constantly having swat the flies away from your face. Staff is great, never had an issue with an order. Read more

So I order 20$ in goods and 20 min later I still do not have my drink They obviously forgot it in the fray 10 min earlier I hand... gotten the other items This guy ?Alex? starts giving my wife and I attitude When my wife said that we had been here a longtime He responded with ?I have been here a long time too? There is a severe fly issue at this location. I've been here 2 Sundays back to back and there are flys flying around everywhere.... I can only imagine they try to get into the coffee & pastries. This is an issue that management needs to resolve quickly forsanitary issues. Read more

The Store was pretty full around 4 PM on Thursday. We had a group of 5 meeting up and had difficulty getting seating... together. The Service was fairly fast. The afternoon iced coffee and pastry break was much needed. We were finally able to snaga chair from a table occupied by one, so that we could stay and chat indoors over our snack. The music was a bit loud and theone available restroom seemed to be constantly occupied. There is a small patio outside with maybe 3 tables, and another couple2 toppers on the sidewalk. The drive thru seemed to be pretty non-stop and the indoor line was pretty constant. Read more

This isn't the first time BUT today I went through drive-thru. Waited. They said the card machine wasn't working properly when i... got to window. They tried my card. Said Machine wasn't working. Asked me if I had other form of payment. I said no. There shouldbe a sign at the speaker when ordering "card machine doesn't work" so we Mothers with 7 month old babies in carseat don't wasteour time waiting for our coffee and food. The man hands me my card , says sorry and shuts the window. Read more

Service has been steadily declining at this location, even with all the familiar faces behind the line. My drink is typically... not right or they are out of something that stores just down the road both have. When it's just me going in, it's not as big adeal when they don't respond, but some on this team have ignored my kids on a couple occasions when they have sweetly and fairlyloudly made sure to tell them thank you for their drinks. I now just go to other stores even if this one is more convenient. Read more
