Would not recommend. Nathan the "owner" wil not call you back. You'll have to call him 3 hours after your promised return call.... He will then lie to you about what he can and can't do, when you point out that his lie doesn't make sense he will change it, 2more times. I will never recommend this sonic to anyone as the owner associates himself with criminals and will defend saidcriminals. Go here at your own risk. (Or you can go somewhere that has actual food, not the overpriced garbage they pass off as"food") overall 0 stars still seems too high. Read more
A combo meal comes with a drink, Sonic please remember that especially if I ordered it. And plain means plain. I had to again... push the red button and wait to reorder. I did open and peek at my double cheeseburger and as I have found out it is probablypre-made and sets for a while before going out to the customer. That is my trick of ordering it playing and adding a littlesomething to the sandwich makes them make it fresh! Trust me y?all, this sonic isn?t bad. In fact it may be the only sonic in Murfreesboro that makes an effort. The employees were... Chick-fil-A levels of nice, the food was as good as it should be. Churro milkshake was so good and looked just like the promopic. It shows that good people work there. Read more
Haven't gone to Sonic in over a year and I was a little disappointed with the Oreo shake. I remember an Oreo shake with big... delicious chunks of Oreos throughout. This shake had a few pieces on top and little itty bitty crumbs mixed in with vanilla icecream. I didn't even finish it. Wasn't worth the calories. Anyway, I guess that's the way of the world now. Charge more, giveless. Doubt I'll ever go back again. Read more
For the second time in a week I waited over 20 minutes for a response. Two customers left because no one would respond. I asked... the car hop and he said don?t press the button more than once. I watched them carry out delivery orders one after the other and7 orders go through the drive through. I opened the door and asked the manager she said we are busy then they took the ordersfrom two cars on each side of me that just pulled in. This place is a joke the staff is horrible and the management is the rootof the problem. Do not go there you will get. RIP my cup holder. This sonic is the worst. Daisy King walked to her car with another man while working and we sat in the drive... thru for 15 minutes. An African American man asked her if someone was working and she started yelling at him and said ?there?sother people working!? He pulled to the window and she opened the window and yelled at him again. This sonic has zero customerservice skills and it?s sad to see a young lady causing so much commotion over something so small. The New Salem location for the local branch of sonic restaurants sits on a tear above everyone else of everyone else everyone is... always friendly everyone's courteous the orders are always correct you never have to ask for anything extra you never have tocheck your order everything is on par as it should be but something that you don't expect with the local substandard servicethat you would get at a very similar establishment.
