If I could put zero stars I would.. This sonic is absolutely unorganized and could care less about anyone that orders here. I... waited 1 hour for a sprite and a order of churros.. They just kept telling me it?s on the way out but just end up forgetting..Finally got my order(after an hour)and you could tell they mixed the drink with every flavor they had and the churros wereburnt!! So, we?ve come here several times and the wait is always insane. Today, they got our drink wrong the first time we ordered it,... which is totally fine ! Mistakes happen. We asked them to remake it (it was an ocean water with real cherries because I LOVEmaraschino cherries) and this is what they brought out. No cherries at the top or in the bottom of the cup?just a stem. The girlthat came and got the incorrect drink was super rude and snatched it out of my fiancées hand. She definitely did this to berude because she didn?t want to remake the drink and I just feel like that wasn?t a kind thing to do. She was a young girl withblonde hair, I wish I had gotten her name. Never order breakfast here. Their breakfast burritos are tiny even the 4$ ones and they are crazy stingy with salsa. On multiple... occasions I?ve not gotten everything I ordered. Came here and I live less than five minutes away. It was 9:50 almost 10 o'clock. We ordered our food and once we received our... food we proceeded to leave . Once we got not even 30 seconds down the road I was getting the food out of the bag and my burgerwas not what I ordered. I ordered the super sonic double bacon cheeseburger. Well to my surprise there was only one patty onthere. So I called them thankfully someone answered on the second call. I told them what was wrong and they proceeded to tell methey were closing and I was already pulling back in to the restaurant and I told them that. So they said they would re-make theburger. That was a good thing that they offered to re-make the burger as they were closing. So I think anyone who gets somethingmade again it should be what you ordered......well so my wife and I get back on the road and we're pulling in to our apartmentand I'm pulling the new burger out and to my surprise......ANOTHER SCREW UP!! Same situation as the first one. So I was going totake my loss and just eat the burgers. Once I bit into the burger the patty was almost as hard as biting into a thick piece ofbacon ( and not the soft bacon ). I can't even remember how many second chances I've given on the Sonic Blasts at this point but every time I've been to a Sonic... in Murfreesboro the last 7.5 months of my pregnancy it's been disappointing at best. Every single time I've ordered a bbn lastit's been a few pieces of candy on top with a cup full of vanilla ice cream. I've included a photo of the most recent trip. ????I've emailed Sonic a few times and apparently because of covid have only gotten a response from my last trip. They offered asmall classic shake. ???? So if you're looking for icecream with add ins go to Dairy Queen.... if you're looking to pay extrafor a cup full of vanilla soft serve, go to Sonic. Read more
How is it that it takes upwards of 15 minutes to get something like a root beer float with only 3 other cars in the stalls? I... live very close and it would be nice to swing in and get a SIMPLE treat quickly. I've also been privy at least twice to thetrash employees coming out to try and fight people in the parking lot.
