This was the WORST sonic I've ever been at. Food was awful. Ordered large chili cheese tots and was served half of an order in... large container, tried to say something and the girl at the window with nails longer than my hair...and got an attitude becauseI said something about not getting what I PAID FOR. Also got an order of onion rings SO OLD the batter wasn't even on them, theytook them back and I watched them pour into another bag and turned around and gave them right back to us on the window. I have visited this location on 2 different occasions and I was told they were closing because system was down and it was 8pm.... The second time they were short- staffed and there were a at least 6 people in there standing around and it was again 8ish. Iguess 3rd time will be a charm. Just think some one should know. I go to this Sonic all the time and usually don?t have any major problems but today I placed a drink order for a small event I?m... having later. I asked for the drinks to have no ice (as I didn?t want it to melt on the drive) and I ordered three extra largecups of ice to use later. I wouldn?t have been upset if there was just a little ice in each of the drinks but there was so muchice that there was practically no beverage in the cup. I even paid for the extra ice but there?s no room in the drinks to fitany. Very disappointed. Read more
So we?ve stopped at this sonic many times. However, today somehow our hotdogs, chili cheese coney and all American dog weren?t... even room temperature. The hotdog itself has not ?cold? but it wasn?t warm either. And for the amount of time it took to get ourfood I don?t understand how it wasn?t hot. Lastly, our box had a big piece of dust on it. Sonic's been around for many years. A great place to pop in for fast food if you need a minute to pull over and eat in the... shade. The food's decent and there are quite a few options. Patty melt (pictured) was bread and raw onions. Not even close to what?s advertised. I understand staffing issues. I don?t... understand terrible food. I?m pretty sure the tater tots sat in the fryer for way too long and the burned tots had salt pouredover them to cover the burnt taste. Please train your cooks before someone gets sick. Read more
I would give it a zero if I could. Had a coupon for buy one get one free. They asked if it was really for the item I was buying... and I had to wait for a carhop to verify I wasn't lying before they would start my order. 20 minutes later, the notice saidsomeone was bringing my food. Still waited almost another five minutes before she dropped off our COLD food. When we told thecarhop our food was cold, she took the bag and stuck her hand in the middle of the food in the bag, told us it was "prettywarm", handed us back our cold food and walked away. When we got home, we opened up our burritos to find that they were a messand included pieces of tomato that should have been thrown away. We won't go back to the Sonic on Middle Tennessee. Read more
The carhops clearly need to be trained on how to greet people and be appreciative when I tip 150% more than my order. I come... everyday...and I have yet to have a single person say thank you for a $5 or $10 tip for 6 cups of ice. Not only is it the rudecarhops, most of the time at least 7 stalls are not working and not marked, so you keep going to the next and next and next.Then there's the massive amounts of trash on the ground. This is all everytime I come to this location. Something needs tochange before you lose all your customers that complain in the parking lot. Thank goodness I am not a secret shopper at thislocation as of yet. Ive tried for 1 year thinking it would get better, but it seems worse every time. Read more
