Smoothie was good but the staff needs to be educated on service animals. Went in today with my service dog and they told me and... my boyfriend that my service dog wasn't allowed even though I had proper identification for her. She has not received her vestyet but I do have her identification cards. So my boyfriend had to take my dog to the truck and wait on me to get done. Whatthey did today was totally against American Disability Act. May want to talk to them about this asap. Read more
I went to this Smoothie King on 6/19 around 1100 and I have never seen that many people there before at once. I was certainly... hectic. I wanted to use this platform to brag on Savanah. She did an excellent job trying to control all that chaos. Not surewhat role she has there, but she has great potential in her career. Very disappointed in this smoothie king. We have slowly watched over the last year as service has gone downhill. Employees are... hit or miss on friendliness, and smoothies have turned into just ice with a few ingredients mixed in. When asking for less icethey tell you that you will get less smoothie "as advised by management". The smoothies contain so much ice that they arebeating the blender for over 30 seconds to get everything out on a smoothie that still comes up short. I understand costsavings, and being as efficient as possible with resources but surely I am not the only customer that has noticed this over thelast year, and with as little waste as they may have had from making smoothies smoother isn't the point of a smoothie to besmooth not frozen?
