I love Sir Pizza and I eat there with my parents when I'm in town. My parents eat there often since they live a mile away. That... being said, we continually receive pizzas that are over cooked. The edges are totally burned black. My parents have mentionedit to me every time I eat with them. Thursday night I asked the server to please ask the cook to pull the pizzas out early soas not to burn them. You are correct if you guess they were burned. When I paid for the meal, when asked if everything wasalright, I said yes everything but the burned pizzas. I was told they were not used to the new oven. What else can my parentsand I say? Gotta light these guys up. Pies are hot, ingredients are excellent, and they've got green olives, unlike most chains in town.... Customer service couldn't be better either. Placed a carryout order, and got there like an hour early to pick it up, but theystill had me out the door in under 15 minutes. Employees were polite and helpful the whole time as well, despite thecircumstances. The management staff had room for improvement, but that's true of many places. Read more

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. The food is overpriced. We paid $28 for a pizza that had... what looked like the pepperoni used on the pizza in elementary school. I will never go back and would not recommend dining here. Read more

This place is always packed so we decided to try it out. Bad decision. Ordered the lasagna. It was the smallest piece of... lasagna I have ever seen. Not to mention the price of it was $9.69 with 2 pieces of soggy garlic bread. This is in NO wayacceptable. It was pathetic. If you want lasagna that barely fits in a very large container, go to Carrabba?s. Do NOT wasteyour time here. Read more

I have lived in Murfreesboro about 3 years and heard constantly how good Sir Pizza is. I recently decided to try it and placed... an online order for pick up. I was not impressed. There was a lot of confusion about where the order was when Iarrived. Finally getting the pizza and getting home, I was unimpressed. The crust was bland and maybe not entirely cooked. Thetop of the pizza was definitely overcooked and it seemed as though they loaded it with toppings, perhaps in an effort toovercome the blandness of the crust? To me there are far better and tastier options for pizza in Murfreesboro. Read more

The food was good as it always is. The service was not. We ordered a salad to share and a large pizza. Our pizza came out well... before our salad. I asked the server where the salad was and she informed me she was busy and she was the only server working. There were only three tables seated at the time she said she was busy and all three tables had received their food and drinksalready. We ate almost half our pizza when the salad was brought out. It was not the best experience. I will start going to adifferent location in hopes of a nicer server. Read more

This place doesn't pretend to be anything it's not. If I'm being honest, there's only one type of pizza I enjoy here and it's... good enough for 5 stars. The Garden Pizza, pictured below. Absolutely love it and I can't find any other pizza joint that comesclose. Sir Pizza is a staple here in the Boro. They've been around since 1966. The atmosphere is a laid back dungeons anddragons theme with hand painted murals of knights, castles and dragons. The pizza buffet is a good bargain. Beer is a littlepricey but whatever. Worth checking out at least twice. Read more
