It was okay. They have a good deal with a burger, fries and drink for 10 bucks! We ordered some kind of bacon cheese to dip our... fries in and it came out cold. We waited for about 20 minutes to get another one, and when it was actually hot it was reallygood! Service was okay, we only got refills once so our drinks were gone and done until the end of the meal and she brought 2 ofthe 4 people who wanted drinks a drink. It was all maybe average, none of us were talking about how great lunch was or anything.The location in Spring Hill is a million times better in my opinion. One of if not my favorite meal is burgers and fries. So this place is great for me, especially since I love fries and these... fries are great especially when you put the seasoning on them that they provide for you at the table. I think of of the bestthings about Red Robin is the endless sides. Kinda like Jerry McGuire they had me at endless fries. The garlic Parm fries areamazing so if you want fries get those. [Update: I love how these canned responses from 'the owner' ask you to call the 1-877 number or email them. Well, guess what? ... Did that. Have I heard back? Nope. Corporate restaurants with cleanliness issues. No surprise.] Ordered whiskey river wrapwith a side salad through UberEats. Pulled the container out of the bag and was welcomed by the flies INSIDE the container. Just how bad does the hygiene in your kitchen have to be to not notice you are sending flies to your customers. Restaurant was clean. Our waitress was awesome! Food was delicious! The price of everything was very affordable for a family of... 4 with 2 teenagers. We recently stayed in TN for our drive back to our home in FL. And there was a Red Robin by our hotel so wedecided to eat there. Service was great but they were extremely short staffed. We aordered 3 burgers with fries and an extra pound of fries. Paid for them too. Not sure we got what we paid for. Seems to be a... new theme with Red Robin. Burgers were good but hell they are like $15 each. Paid foe the extra fries and maybe out of the 3orders and extra fries, we got 2 orders of fries. We understand about the inflation under creepy Joe but we Paid what yourasking price but you didn't deliver on your end of the deal. I don?t know who is assembling Togo orders but everytime I order I get less and less fries. ??????????? I don?t expect... bottomless when ordering to go of course, but over $15 for like 9 fries? Including having to pay almost $2 for garlic, this isridiculous. I love steak fries and the options of burger which is why I keep ordering but This time will be my last. The food was delicious. I had the teriyaki Pineapple chicken sandwich with bottomless garlic fries. I assumed we would have... fries while we waited for our food since they were bottomless but they didn't come until our food did.
