The waitress was great and she apologized several times. They were out of the red rock shrimp ,every time we had to wait on... biscuits ,the waitress said they would not put any in the oven till we ask for them which was crazy so that meant it took 10 minor so to get biscuits. They were out of a lot of the food ingredients. We ordered the food and when it came to the table and we made a comment, they... said "sorry, we ran out of that." The server was pleasant, but the food as a whole was also below normal for Red Lobster. Mydish was so bad, I had to return it, and my drink was essentially 50% water. Read more

Sat and a waitress came and took drink orders. After what seemed like a while, we got a *SURPRISE* new waitress with our drinks.... By this time we already knew what we wanted to eat, so my wife tells her no for the appetizers and that we are ready to order.We order a very basic dinner. Nothing fancy or extra. I don't know what's happened to this location but it's not good. We arrived at 5pm to beat the crowds and from the start this... visit was a disaster. We sat don't to a filthy table that was so sticky our phones stuck to the table. Everything was covered ina layer of dust from the booths to the light fixtures. Even the salt and pepper shakers were sticky. We ordered our food andbrought a basket of half bake biscuits. The salads arrived and the lettuce was wilted like it have been sitting around. Then thefood arrived. An Admirals Feast that was not edible. The fried clams were so hard and brown you couldn't begin to eat them. Theywere like fried rubber bands. The fish was cold and under cooked. The fried shrimp was doughy and half cooked. By now the wholeexperience had become discusting. We stopped eating and told the waitress the food was inedible. Portia our server's level of attentiveness was perfect. Visit was for dinner at 5:30 on a Friday night, which we try not to do... very often just because we know the service level can be difficult at that time of day. Biscuits were warm, soft, and buttery.New Orleans salmon was cooked just right with a little zing in the sauce. Broccoli and baked potatoes were also flavorful.Seafarers feast was crisp and fresh. Poor little lobster lol.
