Went inside to order, the lady at the counter had her back turned to me for a few minutes. She finally turned around, I started... to order, red beans and rice, she then turned around and said " we aint got no more" i asked how long the wait would be, shethen told me " until I make it" . Ok so she should've went and made it. Called the same store and asked if they had the beansand rice. The lady who answered said " she has beans and rice cupped and ready to serve", so I went to the drive thru orderedagain, was told that they couldn't sell any. Well what can you do? Food is good.. Understaffed with only one person taking orders. Facilities are clean.
Wouldn?t come again. Went through the drive through and there were less than 5 cars there but it took about 30 mins to get to... the window. I received my order but it was wrong. I?ll be brief?half the stuff I ordered I didn?t receive. I paid for it, my receipt was correct but my bag wasn?t. On top of all... of that the butterfly shrimp I received were so small and hard as a rock. I?m not even kidding. It was almost like a prank orsomething. Two experiences so far. First one was at 12pm...no line and was perfect...food was fresh and service was good. Second one was... today at 12ish as well...no line...food was fresh but not cooked long enough(crispy chicken was too soft and hushpuppy shrimp astoo soft and service was not as good. Wasn't bad though....no ice in Strawberry Lemonade and cajun rice container was only halffull. I know they have only been open a short amount of time so will give them time to get improve. Line was long, understandably because it?s only been opened a little over a week. Get to the speaker and employee was pretty... short. Get to the window for them to then tell me, half the stuff I ordered they were out of? ????? ok then. Wait another 15minutes for them to finally give me my order, and food was wrong when I got home. Was missing an entire combo. I call themrespectfully, and get even more attitude again from the compensation manager like it was my inconvenience to them that they mademy order wrong. I would understand if I was hounding them but I was totally fine with going back another visit to get it remade,at this point the disrespect had gotten out of line. Just went tonight through the drive thru. It was not a good experience. Workers were rude. We got charge for a meal we didn?t... order or receive (if they charged us and put it in we probably would?ve been less disappointed) from what we did order theydidn?t give us the sandwich and replaced our side (we ordered Mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes) we could tell they got theorder right the first time because it was written in pen on the receipt stuck to the bag what they replaced. Also charged us formeals (entree, side, drink) but when we asked for drinks all the drink machines were broken. To summarize we got charged forstuff we didn?t want and/or receive. Service is equal to every other Popeyes. Wait time is forever with adequate staffing.... Multiple employees not doing anything... while everyone is waiting. After the absurd 45 minute wait, the food was good. Just need to work on service levels. Read more
