Penn Station is usually a can?t miss stop for us when we travel north, but this time/ location was somewhat underwhelming. ... Bread was really good, folks were nice, but the sandwiches we picked up on this trip were just lacking. Compared to previous,the cheesesteak lacked usual flavor and much less steak; similar with chicken bacon ranch on amount, though good taste. Frieswere fresh and usual flavor, but I think we got bottom of bag since most of them were short bits. Fresh ingredients! Unlike subway where you can?t see the toppings this place knows how to make great subs! The employees wore... gloves and were very nice too! The sub tastes wonderful and the bread is fresh too! The large size is ideal for dinner andlunch the next day! Those French Fries are so good, even without ketchup, barbecue sauce, or any sauce! They have a huge bin ofPotatoes! My little dog sure agrees! They disappeared FAST! Lol! The Fresh Lemonade! I can?t resist Fresh Lemonade! It was verynice even with the weather cooling down and getting dark. Yes, it is a little high but worth it. I did try a square cookie andit was just so-so. OMG. Just what I needed in my life. Had had been sick unable to eat for about a week. NOTHING SOUNDED APPETIZING. I stopped off... said I'll get my favorite sandwich and maybe I'll eat. HONNNEYYYYY. I got the small Ruben no cheese extra meat and a largefries (cause my dogs are moochers for fries) EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND THE FRIES SOOOO GOOD AS FRESH FRIES ARE. I walk in, never been here before. First time coming here, and I was ignored at the counter by the guy working, he does not have... a name tag on, so I cannot say who it was. But he was working the pick up area/online orders area. I asked about my order. Hewas mean and rude. He didn't even tell me anything. He just went and started talking to another guy that works here and didn'teven tell me anything after that. Pick up a as scheduled to be ready and picked up by 5:57PM, and it's now 6:09 as I write this.I walked up right before this and I saw they never started the order. Her excuse was that an order came in that had a lot ofsandwiches, and mine was next. Yet, I saw them not making that many sandwiches. This whole experience was terrible. From themoment I walked inside. I was treated really badly from that guy. For whatever reason, I have no idea. I'm always kind to othersand I walk up and wait and he immediately gets mad like how dare I come pick up my order. That they never even started yet. Tookthem 11 minutes after pick up time to get my order. Which was placed an hour ago at this point. Absolutely the best. We waited to eat and skipped lunch on the way home from FL to be here to eat on our way home. Fries are so... delicious and that multigrain bread toasted on my Italian sub was perfect. This place is one we always stop at on trips throughmiddle TN! Thanks for dinner! Read more

Simply awful experience. Placed online order. Pick up time was 20 minutes ago and I?m still waiting. When I got here, 20 minutes... after placing the order, they hadn?t even started it yet. That?s 40 minutes total, so far. On top of that, the employees arejust rude and the one sandwich I ordered is $15. For that price, no one should have to wait 40 minutes for a single cheesesteaksandwich. This is not the first time. We?ll never be back. It?s a shame as the food is good. I?m just done with them.
