Penn Station has been my favorite sub place for years with their fresh ingredients, friendly employees, and tasty options. As a... closet habit former, if I have a favorite meal most places I frequent, I tend to stick to it, and it?s no different here. Thefries are always prepared in front of you fresh with your meal (use the malt vinegar they provide for the fries - trust me), andthe lemonade you can thankfully buy by the gallon (believe me, you?ll want to). They also have a variety of chips and differentsandwiches and appetizers, or you can build your own. The whole meal can be topped off with a huge, soft chocolate chunk cookiethat makes me weak in the knees to think about, but all their stuff is great and super fresh. Penn Station is normally my favorite restaurant but after my experience today, I will not be returning. My order was wrong &... took a very long time. After everyone else had gotten their orders, we waited inside alone, still without food for another 10minutes as the employees stared at us waiting. My ?medium? fry was a small at best & my sandwich was wrong. Disappointing as aloyal customer to decide to stop eating here after multiple bad experiences. Read more

For that being my first experience at Penn Station... I will NEVER go back and may not go to another one period!!! Walked in at... 7:15pm, didn't get my food for 35 minutes.The ONLY one really working was the girl with the long braided hair. The one guy waspretty rude and gave nasty looks Was barely any meat /toppings on our subs, cold fries. Please tell me not every Penn Station islike this, but I doubt I'll give it another chance from that time.You had 3 employees there... but only 1 actually doing all thework. Read more

They make a pretty good Philly cheese stake. However, it would be nice if the added mozzarella cheese to their selection. Yes I... know a traditional Philly cheese stake is NOT made with that. Read more

Service was nice. But their sad tomatoes, lack of anything good to drink since all the drinks in the fountain needed changed.... Their tables and restrooms were very dirty. Their food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price for the food thatyou get. Read more

Where do I begin? The service and food are outstanding! The fries in particular. No where else can you get super fresh, crispy,... golden delicious fries. They will kindly cook them just how you like them. I love crispy fries and they ALWAYS cook them alittle longer until they're perfect. Same is true with the hot subs. AND they will happily make any sub into a salad which isgreat if you're gluten intolerant or are watching carbs. Read more
