First the pizza took and hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Second it was ice cold at that point. I added extra topping on a 14... inch white pizza. Barley had any white sauce and ver sparse topping for a$24 pizza. With fees and tip $35. Superdisappointed. First time been disappointed with papa John?s. Read more
Austin the manager is hands down the best. I messed up and wasn?t able to change my address on the app. The order was going... to go to my address 7 years ago. The store on church street was actually clueless but Austin was very knowledgeable andreached out to the other store to get my pizzas delivered. It?s not about if they could transfer my order or not, it?s thathis customer service was superior! Ty. Order from old fort location! They are awesome!!! Read more
When I ordered my pizza it said 34-40 min on how long it would take to get here. A hour and a half later and I still don't have... my order. When I looked at the tracking to see where my order was it said it was already delivered. This isn't the first timethis has happened and I usually don't write bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I'm sure when/if I get my order it willbe cold. Read more

Such a terrible experience last night! Only got half my order and that took over 2 hours to get. Called the store several times... and they kept telling me that yes half my order was left in store and not delivered and yes it was on the way and it was neverdelivered and no refund.
