Not only did the delivery person not deliver the pizza but no sauce in box. We did get a refund but doesn't do much when you... have traveled 9+ hours on holiday and you had to go to the store for the refund. Read more
First the pizza took and hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Second it was ice cold at that point. I added extra topping on a 14... inch white pizza. Austin the manager is hands down the best. I messed up and wasn?t able to change my address on the app. The order was going... to go to my address 7 years ago. The store on church street was actually clueless but Austin was very knowledgeable andreached out to the other store to get my pizzas delivered. When I ordered my pizza it said 34-40 min on how long it would take to get here. A hour and a half later and I still don't have... my order. When I looked at the tracking to see where my order was it said it was already delivered. This isn't the first timethis has happened and I usually don't write bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I'm sure when/if I get my order it willbe cold. Read more
