Great place and yes, the people are always friendly and helpful. I should avoid this place, but the deserts are way too good.

Maybe this place is normally okay (probably not.) but not today. As we ordered we were told they had the cakes in the back... ALREADY PREPARED. So even if we place a ?big? order which 12 small cakes its not actually that bad considering the amount ofpeople coming in and out of that place we should?ve got our order in 15 minutes (OR LESS). We waited like 30 or more minutes FOR12 CAKES THAT ARE PRE-MADE! There was several people in the back not making cakes, JUST BOXING THEM. The people were sittingdoing nothing in the back. Many people came after us to order and guess what. I guess more than 20 cakes were boxed up and givento them. Me and my family were tired and fed up. This is supposed to be a quick service so we had something to so later. We were20 mins late for that btw (which doesn?t matter but is still annoying) THEY WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE A REFUND. ?You can get storecredit after me cancel it?? No. ?Coupons? NO. Literally a scam. Im not 100% sure but you cannot do that without giving a refundwaited 2 seconds and literally saw them pack the cakes up in 2 mins at the back. Got them. No idea how they taste yet. Ok 10min for waiting on a dozen pre made items, go in and ask for a refund after I?ve 20min? which is then refused because they... can?t do refunds, after clarifying why they refused to refund my money their manager is not there. Then when asked for hernumber I?m given their shop number. So I paid, no items and offered credit so I go ahead na d wait in items? ok manager I willdefinitely be calling you and the district manager to clarify how you can have a policy for no refund when I had not receivedanything!!!! Oh and yes there stuff is great but this kind of service is completely unacceptable. Read more

Oh my goodness! Love these cakes! They make an appearance at pretty much every birthday and special event for our family. Never... had a bad one. Love the seasonal special flavors! Strawberries and Cream in the Spring and can't miss the Pumpkin Spice in theFall! The Red Velvet and Carrot cakes are always family favorites. Get you some! Read more

I have been here a few times. Great little place for treat. The buntlets are good size, enough for 1 serving or two if you're in... the mood to share????. Cakes are moist and delicious. I had the peanut butter swirl today and raspberry swirl in the past. Ienjoyed both. My son had marble and he enjoyed it ( not my favorite). Read more

Very friendly employees, that greet you right away, offer the flavor of the day as a sample and then get your order and you're... on your way in no time. I got the red velvet cake.... wow. So good! Only wish they were open a little later in the day, maybetill 8 :) but they just opened and I'm sure they will adapt to the community and demand. A line out the door for cake isimpressive!!! Read more
