I?m a big fan of Marcos pizza I?ve never once had a complaint . I went and got what I usually got and I found this hair COOKED... into the pizza I called the store and they told me they would only give me a $5 credit . I?m very unhappy . I will not be back. Read more
Never really gave Marco's a shot before today. My taste when it comes to pizza chains usually leans towards Domino's, Papa... Murphy, or Papa Johns. However, the Domino's near my home doesn't show up on their app so I decided to give Marco's atry. Marco's app is a little ugly at first but it gets the job done. The rewards program could.be a bit better consideringtheir competition. Spend $100 and you get $10 off. I'm sure they could be a little more generous with rewards. That being said,my first mobile order was 25% off so thanks for that. The pizza is pretty delicious. Almost as if Papa Johns and Pizza Hut hada baby that left the family to do its own thing. Changed his name from Papa Hut to Marco's and never looked back. The cheesecan be a little much but that's probably just me. All other ingredients were fresh and delicious. I dig the semi sweet pizzasauce. Marco's lays it on a little thicker than most joints. The dough is good enough. I've never been a crust person tho.There, I said it. Mellow Mushroom has the best dough imo. RIP Murfreesboro location. Marco's sure does make a pretty lookingpizza. I'll definitely give them that. Overall, Marco's is great. Typically this place is a 50/50 that I get what I ordered in regards to the type of crust. But, my family orders from here... instead of competitors in order to drive their business up because when they are on it it?s good pizza. Well, it used tobe. Last order was 2 large cheese pizzas that WERE MISSING CHEESE on the pizza. Murfreesboro and Nashville is awful and has apoor reputation for food quality and this place is now part of the problem. I called for a refund and was offered a credit formy order. I told them I am unhappy and would give them another shot. (2 large cheese pizzas) nothing breaking the bankhere. Today was the day and not only was I told I have $9.99 off but there were no notations of my call. This makes NO SENSE.The pizza would have to be remade anyway if I wanted them to redo it. Or a full refund. Instead it?s not even $10.Please. Steven the GM did step in and make the pizzas after a debate but made Medium pizzas instead of Large pizzas as statedin our phone call. No sense in arguing anymore with people like this. Marcos has no business being in business in Murfreesboro.They can?t make it right, They can?t get it right and then again can?t make it right. In my humble but well traveled opinion, I say this is about the best pizza I have eaten. My dog and I get a pizza and share it.... They haven't reopened the dining room yet but you can get delivery, walk in or curbside service. I don't go anywhere else for mypizzas. In fact, I haven't tried anything else but I want to try one of their pizza bowls. Come, eat, ???? enjoy. Read more

Received a flyer in the mail for Marco?s Pizza touting their new Pepperoni Magnifico with an Old World Pepperoni. So instead of... ordering the special, I asked for a medium pizza with the Old World Pepperoni to which they said no problem. I must say for$6.99 this was one heck of a pizza. A nice crispy crust with a slight parmesan flavor. The sauce on the pie was really good anddidn?t detract from the ?signature three cheese? topping. The pepperoni was really good, had a nice ?crisp? to the edges of thepepperoni, and had a good flavor with a very slight kick. I placed an order for delivery on Nov. 20th about 7:45. The order taker told me 40 min till delivery. I agreed to that. No pizza... delivered for an hour. I called back and the same person remember my order. He apologized for putting my order in as a pick uporder. He said he would credit me 20.00 recook the meal and have it to me in roughly 30 min. The wait continues. 10 pm I calledback no answer. I then used my niece?s phone, someone answered stated the business name, time, let me know they were closed andabruptly hung up the phone. 10:30 pm we are preparing for bed and here is the food delivery. Three hours later. The delivery guy@ that time most apologetic said that my charges would be credited back to me for the inconvenience.
