Pizza is what you expect from LC. The problem is that they are perpetually understaffed. I understand it's tough to find people... to work, but customers of this location should know to plan for an extra 15 to 30 minutes of wait time even when ordering far inadvance. Hopefully, they'll be able to staff back up and get to their prevous service levels soon. Read more
My order was 6 cheese pizzas and 2 pepperoni pizzas and they told me that it would be 30 minutes and tried to convince me to not... order from there. The guys in the back were all complaining and said next time I should call ahead. I understand they areprobably understaffed and overworked but I did not deserve to be treated that way. Zero stars!! My husband just spent 38 min waiting there to get his pizza. Two female workers were cussing each other and getting... in each other?s face. This went on and on. They asked my husband to pull up bc breadsticks not ready. Ordered that and 2 pizzas.They forgot about him bc they continued to fight. Lobby closed so he had to walk up to window w other cars there. They askedwhat he was waiting for and said they forgot. Never apologized. Worst customer service ever. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! Read more
Good service and good pizza. Not a bad wait time with drive thru line or for my order to be made. Even got to have a laugh with... the person working the window about the person ahead driving off instead of parking when told to pull forward. Read more
Do not use their app! Ordered online and while tracking my order, the pizza never came up as finished and never received the... completion email. I went to the front door and it was locked. I got in line along with ten other cars and got my finishedpizzas. If they don't have the staff (which I completely understand) then disable that part of the app for the kiosk pick up.Pizza was really good though. Read more
Came inside and ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread. They told me it would be 15 minutes and I said that?s fine. The woman... said have a seat, and I said I?m gonna wait outside. While waiting outside they apparently locked the door, because when I wentto get the order I was told I?d have to drive around and get in the pickup line! I sit on the pickup line for another 20 minutesto get up to the window to see them open the front door and hand another customer their order! Then I?m told they don?t have thecheese bread and I have to pull back up front and they will bring it out to me! Worst customer service I have ever received andI?m in the customer service business so I?m usually more forgiving because I know things happen. I had a very SPECIFIC order the first time, EVER, that I visited this location and they NAILED my order to PERFECTION; it was... spot on, to the letter. I went back a second time because of my first experience. Usually, MOST, food establishments FAIL torepeat an awesome SPECIFIC order after the first time BUT, they NAILED the exact SAME order AGAIN the second time on a differentday! Very IMPRESSIVE! Therefore, I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in the mood for caring service and warm,welcoming staff. Read more
Been here a hundred times over the years, and I've seen it decline in service.. food is still as delicious and affordable as... ever, so I hesitate to post anything too negative. However, having to wait over an hour in the pick up window line, even aftercalling in my order 30 minutes prior... then they didn't find my order and gave me another order in its place... management isnot good at this location, service is seriously lacking, but the food is great.
